This is SUCH a great conversation. And no, I saw no rascism, just a simple case of Danielle’s brain racing ahead for a moment. And FFS she even corrected herself. Also, we are all evolving creatures, trying to work through our shit and that process is a long journey which some people are more willing to take than others. DS is on that course, as is Barrett. Both of them terrific in very different ways. Really good friendship….these things are rare and to be valued.

she made a mistake and she corrected herself so i don't know why people try to make her a bad person. and her sister is a trumpster doesn't mean that she is one... i dont know for sure but i believe that shes a democrat, a loving person, she'll choose love over hate

Thought EXACTLY the same. To be honest I’m not normally a fan of Danielle’s clothing (although I am of her work). But that shirt is fab. And yes, I do understand how superficial I sound. I get that! Deep down I’m shallow…

How in the fuck are you ever supposed to be able to talk about these things as a white woman when you get cancelled by just a misplaced word. She didn't mean it, clearly. She said "oh sorry, definetly ment all women", how come that isn't enouch for you? She needs to apologise? Why? Did she screw up..nah not in my opinion. Riia I agree with you. Also, if people were watching the rest of this live, she was literally forgetting words/saying the wrong words a lot because she was getting so passionate about it. People are just looking to be mad.

I’m so glad Danielle did not respond to any of the comments that followed this live. Yes, I am a white woman and do share a lot of the same experiences but I genuinely think her comments were taken out of context and blown way out of proportion and given meaning that was never there to begin with. Don’t you think that Barrett would have been the first one to react had any of the accusations been grounded in reality?? I don’t know why Jaina had an issue that she felt needed to be aired out on social media but I don’t believe this live is the reason.

We do this as people also. When we look for someone to be with. We look for people who we think are our "type". But what about all those other people that don't fit into our picture of what we think we want.
