She trained them well. Even though their team has to disband, the players had gotten better over that one week in at least momentum if not skill

What kind of decent team practices once a week?? My high school team practices 4 days a week, 3 hours a day, 9 months a year!

Fawkes probably because practically no one plays volleyball here in England. Also, the players have jobs and are at uni most of the time, volleyball isn't a big thing in their lives.

you have to understand though all those girls have to work during the day, and to be able to book a regular weekly session for practice in London after work, where most courts would be booked for leisure is a lot harder than you can expect.

My team only practises once a week, not only because we all have jobs and other things, but mainly because volleyball isn't well funded at all in britain, hall hire is expensive, so if a club has several teams (ours has 4 ladies teams and 2 mens teams) not only paying for, but finding halls with the right facilities at the right times without making it super expensive is very hard for even just two sessions a week. Many players come from Europe and are surprised that they even have to pay at all, since in their countries it has much more funding from government.

it just not the few hours they practise a week. If you are an athlete you know you must eat well, sleep well and etc to have your energies to the ten. These ladies were too slow and they just chuckle when they couldn't get the ball. A 12 year old team would do it better.

Sorry but #nosence Why?: Bcs when u are in U17 u dont play with a soft ball like they used.....eg: We play with the "MVA200" the international Ball...when u are over U12 u will use the MVA200
