but the cdb retinol i find it unbelievable that it has such a high conc of retinol. used it on broken skin and there were no irritation either and after a whole bottle i still couldnt see a diff in my skin

I spent my early years in Panama and then several trips to Hawaii when my son was stationed there. Just in the last year did I noticed the dark spots and found out I also have hyperpigmentation. Does the resurfacing cerave treatment take a long time to lighten them? Hoping to gain a realistic expectation lol. I actually got the purple bottle because I purchased before I saw this video and now I'm going to have to go back and get the other😂

Hello Dr. Sugai! I have a small question please - I have been using "the inky list" retinol which is really nice, but I have noticed some fine lines which I would love to try and hide. Would you recommend using prescription products such as topical Tretinoin (0.025 as a starter), or buying one of those over-the-counter creams that you talk about in the video? Also, If i'm already incorporating products such as hyaluronic acid and nicainamied in my skincare, should I look for a product that contains them as well? I'm 28 and my skin is not sensitive, and would love to help my skin a bit!

Hi doctor, really appreciate your knowledge and passion to show us how to take care of our skin. I am an Asian guy, 30 years old not very active in the sun so that my skin tone is pretty pale. I always have black heads or white heads in my cheeks and nose. I have been using adaplene for a year now and no irritating at all. Do I still need to keep using adaplene or switch to retinol? The advantage of using adaplene is that I can get those for free because of my insurance coverage.

Adapalene is great for blackheads and white heads but in regards to anti-aging, I need to see more data to say if it helps with fine lines.
