Honestly speaking, I think it was an awesome performance. The mood of the song was expressed perfectly and the way they interact with the crowd and their settings was just so unique.

Tbh he chose a song that suited his team rather than himself. If he chose a song in his genre then he would’ve been by far the best and that obviously wouldnt have shown off his teams abilities

At he 1:07 mark, I loved the part where Coach Danny O'Donoghue is part of the famous 1964 painting by Belgium painter Rene Magritte called THE SON OF MAN. Interestingly, that painting was used in the film THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR (1999) which starred Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo.

Anne Simons I think it's partly that Danny chose a song that favoured his team rather than himself. If I remember the other judges chose songs that showed off their own voices rather than the teams. It just shows how good a judge he was.
