As a native to Las Vegas, NV, I can tell you the day Pac died turned very gloomy. It rarely rains when it's hot. But when it was announced over the radio, that day, on my way home from work in the the afternoon at about 3 or 4, it rained for a couple minutes. That was a sad day for a lot of people.

Watched it from beginning to end on my birthday. This interview was so good it felt like it was almost like a birthday gift to me. It was so insightful, so illuminating, shedding so much light on aspects of death row that only the most Elite of the membership knew about. Who would have known that Danny boy was just such a little boy when he started with death row? I remember back in the day when this Danny Boy character showed up in the ranks of death row, I was like WTF is this? LOL it's almost like he was somebody to watch the unfolding of History Through The Eyes of a teenager. And here we are 28 years later living vicariously through his memories of a golden age of hip hop. Wow! Much respect to him, I have a different perspective on Suge Knight now..

Wow. I sat and watched the whole 3 hour interview in one sitting. They covered a lot of stuff about Death Row that I had been curious about for decades. I've enjoyed all of the interviews of people who participated in the success and downfall of the highly celebrated company yet this one was more insightful and informative than any. I didn't get Danny's book yet but do I need to now? Why can't all of these contributors consent to a 6 part...maybe 10 part Tv melodrama of all of the stories behind Death Row records. Each contributor living or dead should be profiled...in there own short story about how each of them started out, how they came to Death Row records and how each individual ended up. Quite a few of them have passed away but their stories still need to be told.

I honestly think Tupac was recording so much material in such a short amount of time because he wanted to quickly fulfill his obligations of his contract with Suge. He was extended a life line and anybody in Pac's situation would have done exactly what he did. Suge fumbled. He didn't protect Pac

Danny shouldn't let people take him out his character. he's one of the few people i respect that came out of the death row camp. he's still creditable and doing well. he's making a good example for people who get caught up in the streets. he's showing its possible to make it out . stay strong brother 🙏🏽

Yeah, but he could have kept that bit about Mary J out. That was very disrespectful and unnecessary. You can't call yourself upstanding and a friend, and then turn around and make a statement like that about someone YOU consider a friend. That's very personal, not to mention just nasty. I'm sure Mary would have respected him had he not even mention that. Certain things happen in our lives that SHOULD STAY IN OUR LIVES. I don't give a damn who you are and what you've experienced. Your book would have still sold without that info. Be candid about some shyt that really matters, not a woman being on her cycle while you're screwing them....smh

In my opinion he's one of the most honest person surrounding the history of Deathrow. He's not clout chasin or looking for attention he's just saying what it is from his perspective. I respect him even more for not trying to get cool points off Pacs name like so many of these deathrow hang arounds try to do.
