Born in a Buddhist family of Sikkim but destined to make a mark for himself he went on to create history in Hindi and Nepali film industry. He was initially mocked for his looks and people threw stones at him during the 1962 war but his hard work and perseverance won. His hindi and urdu diction can give anyone a run for their money. One of the greatest antagonist in hindi films. He is none other than Danny Denzongpa aka Bakhtawar Seth. His contributions to Nepali films and music is equally commendable. His biggest Nepali blockbuster was Saino directed by his relative Ugen Chhopel. The same move was later converted to a teleserial in Doordarshan and was telecase as Ajnabee. It was a hit. Moral of the story - Hard Work and Perseverance Wins no Matter what your background !!!

अति मिठो सन १९८० को दसकमा यो गीतले खुब रसाको मच्चाएको थियो । अरु पनि एस्ता कालजयी गीतका गायक श्री डेनी डेन्जोङ्गपा सिक्किमको एक दुर्गम क्षेत्रबाट आज हिन्दी र नेपाली/गोर्खाली मात्रै होईन अन्य भाषाको फिल्मप्रेमीको हृदयमा पनि उत्तिकै प्रिय हुनुहुन्छ ।
