@@williamhopkins4724 I don’t think it’s plastic surgery, his face is wrinkled, he even still has all his real teeth with no bleaching or veneers. Don’t think plastic surgery can give you muscles either. Not sure about his hair though. He was balding in his early forties but that’s when he was beginning to get rich and famous and he seems to have reversed it since.

This was fun, but it's not the same as it was in the 80s. Watch some live performances from the 80s and this is very tame. I'm guessing it's due to his hearing loss. But if you heard oingo boingo, you'd get why. Still amazing and am grateful Danny still does this

I went to see him because I know that if he took the COVID vaccine then he’s not going to be with us for much longer. Although the lyrics of his song “Native Intelligence”, plus the strange lack of vaxxine selfies on his Instagram (where he posts everything from brain scans and dental X days to pictures of his bare feet and tattoed torso) lead me to suspect he’s a closet refuser.

They didn't play it because this was a bonus for the Nightmare Before Christmas live. Oingo Boingo former band members were playing in Bakersfield the same night as this performance. Boy, but wouldn't that have been great to have them all together again. I vote reunion tour!!!!!!

I got to meet him one time when he was playing with Bear McCreary when they were doing the "Battlestar Galactica" live shows. He was so happy when I mentioned how much I loved Oingo Boingo. This was well before Danny Elfman started doing these "Nightmare" shows. Anyway, Bartek is a really cool dude and I will never forget the day I got to meet him!

Danny is a talented god... however as he himself has said he can't sing the Oingo notes anymore...hence him having the audience sing the chorus with him...his voice is in a sad state now and it breaks my heart. But he is STILL one of the greats and still gives it 200%

As a fan since 1983, on the first occasion possible I'll go to see Danny perform out of respect and gratitude for the good times - but for the groove I'll buy a Oingo Boingo Former Members ticket - Danny gave them his blessing and Bartek plays there too!

i wouldn't say its in a SAD state... its normal for voices to change as you age! his voice is much better suited (and exemplified incredibly well) by his new album Big Mess. He even did a rework of Insects, I'm sure you know! He also uploaded a recording of Running on a Treadmill during quarantine that I enjoyed a lot.

He played Dead Man's Party at the end of Nightmare Before Christmas for the past 3 times at Hollywood Bowl. Search for the one in 2018 at Hollywood Bowl. That one is a great recording.

Yes ! It was so frustrating ! We ended up parking in someone backyard who was charging for parking. It saved our butts and we made it just in time when the performance started.

We never made it. Traffic was unbelievably horrible! Took over 2 hours to get to LA from Santa Clarita and we were stuck in gridlock traffic wherever we went and the show had already started so we gave up because it would have been mostly over by the time we got there. Such a horrible venue. Hope it returns to Hollywood Bowl.

I've been a fan of Danny's work for years and I got to see his last Halloween "Nightmare" the year before lockdown, and he looked like the older Danny Elfman that he has looked like for quite a while. I'm not sure what he has done, whether it be botox or something else, but he definitely does not look like himself at all here. He has an almost uncanny valley look going on. Having said all of this, however, I'm not too worried about it. He can do whatever he wants to himself!
