Well that is what happens, ever heard of dead time? I did a week in a medium/maximum security jail after being arrested and waiting for bail. Went into general population and everything. Court dropped the charges but still did a week in jail. Presumption of innocence my ass.

Law student here. So glad to see that they did their research about how legal proceedings work. It is very common to have a single SWAT police officer arrest a minor, take them to the "federal state penitentiary," and then have the police officer set their bail at one million dollars.

08:19 One of the many reasons it wouldn’t happen that way? I arguably (accidentally!!) broke into my workplace about 4 times and I was never even told that that’s what I did. (I only pieced it together when my badge didn’t work early one morning. Then I realized what those faint sounds were when I came in early other mornings 😅)
