The mixed beef soup looked yummy love brisket,generous portions with the noodles. Meat looked tender.Excellent vslue for money. Super vlog Danny & Diggy wonderful as ever. 😘😘👍

You guys should try the salted, coconut, and peanut coffees next time. The first two are very popular there, the peanut coffee, not many people have tried, but the ones that have said it’s also great.

Gutted to find out you guys have already left Vietnam. Please come back soon and visit the norther mountainous regions of Vietnam like Sapa, Ha Giang. They're less developed but you get to see a lot of untouched nature.

Usually, pho in Hanoi would have pickled garlic for you to add to your pho (if they don’t have lime). It will balance out the broth, especially if it’s too salty or sweet. You can also make a dip for your meat with the hoisin and sriracha sauce. You should have ordered the banh quay (fried breadstick) to dip in your broth. Always order quay if they serve it with a soup. Makes it that much more yummy.

Not sure I would want to wait in such a long cue for a bowl of delicious Pho🍜. But I am glad you guys did. Most Vietnamese restaurants add way too much MSG and rock sugar into their broth to give you the sense of sweetness and a lot of fish sauce for salty balance. Danny, chili sauce should be used for dipping your meats into and chow down mate, it's how us VN eat our Pho.

Next time you come back, do a food tour. Hanoi has some of the best food tour guides in the country and you’ll learn a lot more about the city/country along with eating good food.
