A collection of tips and examples for speedrunning every Network Speed Run course in Astro's Playroom. I made it to 32nd in the world as of this video's recording time, so I hope my tricks and suggestions can help you rise through the leaderboards.

I really enjoyed watching your video and the tips helped tremendously so thank you! My 6 year old son loves to try and speed run. He did 48.66 seconds on Mountain Run, 45.91 seconds on Space Run, 41.34 on Frozen Run, 46.96 on Stormy Run, 31.44 seconds on Climbing Run, 59.06 seconds on Jetpack Run, 43.34 seconds on Hopping Run, and 51.86 seconds on Rolling Run.

Man, the so-called "conservative" path is already pretty crazy for me… looking at how you did the continuous hopping + super lightning fast monkey climb makes my jaw drop…

Hot damn, I just finished these for the first time with a total time of 5 minutes 58 seconds. I'm going to have to try again with these tips! These are incredibly fun!

First time I tried I got 7;00.02 which robbed me of the trophy first try. I right away KZfaqd trips and tricks and ended up using your tip with the umbrellas for the first level and shaved a few seconds off to get the trophy. Thanks.

i remember playing this the day it came out and i went through all of the levels and i was at like 7 mins 20!!!!! 25 hours later and countless re watches of this video and i finally cracked the 4.55 barrier this afternoon!!!! thanks so much dude

Thanks so much! On the mountain run, I followed your conservative run and cut my time down by a whopping 1.2 SECONDS!!!! From 38.98 to 37.78!

What triggers the pillars in mountain run is the grassy patch at the top of the cliff before the platforms that shoot up. The reason they triggered early for you is because you jumped too close to the wall before going around. You need to jump as soon as you land on that notch and pull away from the wall a little and go around, then you'll be good to make the pillars.

Not quite the 37 seconds you got. But after about half a dozen tries I've gone from 1min 30secs down to 49 seconds. Great vid bro!

My son has 6 speed runs enabled but 2 are locked. The regular areas are fully discovered 4x4. What enables the locked 2 speed runs ? Tx

a thing, on the televisions in stormy you can actually jump on the tele and skip a massive amount almost the rest of the map by jumping from them across the big gap

17:11 Yes it does! For sure my least favourite course by far. For me, this and the rolling run are just total luck! On the rolling run, I had a PB of 32.03 for 3 months then I found out about the Carlos method and after a few tries, I finally got a new PB.

I've only got this trophy to get and I've 100% the game I know how to jump spin and use the jets but the best time I can get is 46 seconds the total time is 7 minutes 9 seconds

started last night and im now 95th in the world. but havnt tried any of the real speedrun strats yet. they just seem kinda above me but ill consider it. climbing run just....it makes no sense to me. im in the low 23s and u are in 22s but people are at 17...17!! ahhg what??

You play all four sections of the "story". I personally haven't started speed runs until I had every trophy and every puzzle piece.

If you hold down X, you'll do a longer/higher jump. Then, when you're at its peak, punch the air to do a spin (which stops your fall and pushes you a bit forward), then hold X to hover again. Hovering will not only let you float, but it also will push you a bit higher.

So when you’re in the air and tap twice that he uses the laser you cannot punch after it to use the laser again. The only thing you can do is like jump, make a punch and use the laser after that punch. You gotta try that hard to make it work, I’m at a total time of 7:18 which is really slow. Really wanna get that trophy to get under 7:00 total.

In the add ons trophies you need to get less than 7 minutes total time for a trophy

I never waste my time on speed runs because they are pretty much undoable for most and mainly for hard core gamers.

Okay, got it! I'll skip this Trophy! Too much of a Hassle! This is the only Trophy i need to get and then i have all of them, but seeing all these Movements which i have to follow within a tight Time frame is not my Style! And this brings me to the End of my Rant. I find it very unfair and frustrating when Developers decide to fill their Games with 96% of Easy Trophies while the Rest consists of 3% mid to hard and 1% of impossible Trophies!

No I have a friend and he got 17.39 on climbing run and he explained that it takes practice u won’t do it first try it takes hundreds of attempts and u can’t cheat on Astros playroom the game is very balanced you can’t hack so no ones hacking bro
