I've gotta agree with you about wild type angels. That's what I'll get if I can eventually afford and find room for a tank big enough for them.

I love the coal grunter and my adults at around 30cms looked like the mountain grunters you just showed us and as juveniles, the coal grunters took some time to get there adult colours(around 5 to 6 inches)so i think you are correct about the species but coal grunters are found in southern central New Guinea mate,so i hope the sent you the right ones 😁👍

eques corys certainly are beautiful. green and orange is just one of those perfect combos. thats why i love emerald tiger barbs, they have the added bonus of turning purple depending on how the light hits.

There are great captive bred spotted congo puffer in the EU. Check German and Czech suppliers Dan!! I'm in the UK and got my whole group as captive bred babies, from a GREAT UK pet shop. They came in at FAT adult pea puffer size, or about as large as you see the smallest fahaka come in. They were under $100 per fish and captive bred.

Those angels (koi & manacupuru) hardly worth 10$ each. They breed like crazy. If they were tank bred or wild Altum angels it'd be around that much. Also those pencils looks like they are all males.

Okay, you're in Wyoming and you can't get Cowboy whiptails?! Well, you're forgiven because you're a long way north of Laramie. Still, what kind of right thinking person from Wyoming would ever consider anything other than a Cowboy? It would be simply unacceptable for you to have Rams, but not Cowboys. I don't think there are any fish called falcons, bulldogs, Lobos, Rebels, Aggies, or Spartans, so you're probably safe there. No Aztecs or Wolf Packs either. I guess it's okay to have German Blue Rams, but if the rams you're selling are wearing green and gold, you're going to be run out of the state. Just fair warning. I really shouldn't worry about it. My Alma Mater wasn't anywhere near there, and they had kind of a stupid name. They're called the Crimson. Not the Crimson Tide. That's a pretty famous and usually winning team. Our team was just simply the Crimson, and often got beat by Columbia University's team, which usually can't field a team unless they fill some spots with professors. There are some fish which are crimson, and aren't there one or two species which have Crimson in their name? All I can say is, "Poor things." They can't have a life if they want to graduate to another tank with a decent GPA. They'll also be in debt for the rest of their short lives. And no, my Alma Mater is not Alabama. My Alma Mater doesn't have anywhere near the athletic prestige that Alabama has. In fact, the Cowboys would probably whip us good. Like a Cowboy Whiptail! I might just have to buy a crimson fish and a cowboy whiptail just as an inside joke between you and I. I'll buy a tank and start cycling it, and by the time it's ready, there won't be any cowboy whiptails left at Dan's fish.
