SimGrade reached out and told me how the Elastomer Protection (around 4:58) works, so little correction here: it's not the 2 parts that hold the elastomer that meet in the middle, it's actually the push-rod colliding with the lateral spacer at the back to avoid compression at a certain point.

I order my Theras friday and monday I had them. In my case Dan give so valuable and good info on this review that my idea to change Simtrecs to Theras was perfect success. It was so easy and fast to adjust brake that with fourth attempt I managed to make brake just perfect. 🥳💖 . No need any more to worry about tweaking and adjusting brake elastomers for perfect compination and can forget maintenance of pedals also. 🤟 I drive my personal best on Road Atlanta after 5 laps with theras and I drive there all last week and was struggling on couple places but I had so big smile on my face when I realize that now those places go so nice and I was immediately so consistent on brakes and I could balance car in mid corner so accurately. I am totally sure that my performance will be on better level now. Now can just focus on racing and practicing when brake and gas are just perfect. Superior engineering from Simgrade. Again big thanks for Dan on this and many other reviews who helped me a lot with my decisions. 💗

Hallo Dan , ich habe meine DC 3 Pedale verkauft ,die hatte ich hängend im Rig verbaut .Nun möchte ich mir neue Pedale kaufen so ca. 8oo€ ,die ich an ein Umgekehrtes Pedal-Rack von Sim Lab montieren möchte . Ich habe schon mehrere Reviews von dir gesehen auch das mit den VRS Pedalen mit der eigenartigen Feder am Gaspedal . Die haben ja so wie ich das mit Untertitel in Deutsch verstanden habe , gut abgeschnitten . Verkauft habe ich meine DC 3 weil ich mir eigentlich Hydraulik Pedale kaufen möchte und zwar die Simagic Pedals P2000-TBC . Nun habe ich aber doch einige Bedenken weil die aus China kommen . Wie ich aber bei viele Reviews sehen konnte waren die meisten davon begeistert . Da müsste ich aber den Behälter mit einer Hydraulikleitung versetzen wegen dem hängenden Einbau ,weiß aber das Eingangsmaß am Geberzylinder nicht um den richtigen Hydraulikschlauch zu bestellen ,aber das sollte kein Problem sein denke ich . Ich denke mal das sind beides High End Pedale aber verbauen kann man halt nur eins oder hättest du noch einen anderen Vorschlag .Ich bin schon Rentner und mein Problem ist es halt mich zu entscheiden . I've watched what feels like 100 pedal reviews from various "simfluencers", and there's still no compelling reason why I should switch from my Heusinkveld Sprints. Sure there are aspects to these which appear to better the Sprints, but at the same time my lap times aren't going to improve even if I did switch. I guess when you get to a certain level of pedals anything more is a nice to have rather than a game changing essential.
