Epic motorcycle adventure in the Danube's delta. We visit the Letea forest, ride North, to Periprava, where the Communist extermination camp was located, made arrangements for shipping the bikes and make a run for it back to the base camp to pack everything in a hurry.
Our motorcycles: Africa Twin,, Suzuki V-Strom XT, KTM 1190 Adventure R, BMW 1200 GS, KTM 350.

superba excursia! un traseu, aproximativ, ne poti da ? fiind zona asa izolata, aprox de ce autonomie ai nevoie la moto? sunt posibilitati de alimentare cu combustibil?

Salutare, traseul in mare a fost Tulcea -> barja -> Sulina (unde e benzinarie) -> C.A. Rosetti -> de jur imprejur -> Periprava -> vaporas -> Chilia Veche (unde e benzinarie) -> bacul de la Tudor Vladimirescu -> Tulcea. Zona Sulina - Periprava e destul de mica, autonomia nu e o problema pe acolo

Really great group! The bantering that goes on is part of the fun. As I said, I grew up in just that kind of sand two track. It does not matter your skill level sometimes it will get you crossed up and you always see it coming but cant stop it! No big deal, pick it up and keep going. Great video, amazing camera work in an extraordinary back country. Super job and thank you for sharing your ride and group. Keep rolling, stay safe and well my friends. Maryland USA

Sincer sa iti spun - partea faina este tocmai ca se ajunge asa de greu... practic iti trebuie transport pe apa oricum ai da-o. Poate tocmai din motivul asta e asa faina zona, ca nu e aglomerata. In schimb, merita din plin sa ajungi acolo, recomand luna mai, mai putini tantari, caldura mai suportabila.

Mulțumesc Mihai pentru episodul asta. Cred ca mi-a adus aminte de cele mai multe aventuri din Delta. Dar ai putea sa adaugi și Africana la motoretele prezente. :) Măcar ca am filmat câte ceva și eu. 😀

Ma bucur ca ti-a placut, am editat si adaugat mandra africana la pomelnic. Te-au ajutat turele in delta pentru Africa?

@@motorcyclingTo da, dar nu asa de mult pe cat as fi vrut. Nisipul din desert are alta consistenta decat cel din delta. In desert daca mergi tare poti nu te infunzi tare. In delta oricat de tare mergeai tot te scufundai. O sa vezi in episodul din desert cam ce am facut acolo.
