Tikoy is a glutinous rice cake that for Chinese it symbolizes good luck at the beginning of the Lunar New Year or the Chinese New year. This recipe is a twist from the original plain Tikoy because pandan water was used here instead of just tap water, so this is a PANDAN FLAVORED HOMEMADE TIKOY.
