What a brutal savage song

I'd be surprised if someone knowing even little about rock music never heard this song before, this song gets heavily played everywhere. For me the biggest Danzig song is 'Devil's Plaything'. I also love Melissa Auf der Maur and Karen Elson's simple version of that song.

Hey, thanks man, I think it was me that suggested it, not sure, I did, but maybe someone else too. I love it. Have a 9yrs older sister so I got stuff from the 80's second hand, having started on my parents Black Sabbath, Rolling Stones, Cream, Deep Purple records (they were favourites when a little kid. Apparently I was still drinking a bottle of milk, Because I had a drinking issue later in life my sister joked that I would be lying on my back, listening to rock and metal with a bottle in my mouth "... not much has changed really has it?" Har har. But she always had mixed tapes as a teenager and I remember hearing 80's stuff like Billy Idol, Sister's of Mercy, Nick Cave, Iron Maiden, and early Danzig. Hello!! Yes I have heard this song before!! I was sure that I haven't when I saw this title!! But yeah!! I have played little bit of GTA so it is possible that I have heard it from there🤔 Because I am sure that I have never even heard of "Danzig"😮... This is a good song, not really sure about the genre either🤔.... Perhaps that instrumentation was a little.... JAZZish or BLUESish... Not sure but that main melody on the backround I mean🤔.... To be honest, not SO special song to me🤔... I mean he has great voice when he sings with strenght but that style in the beginning....NO😬😬... nothing wrong, don't get me wrong, good singer but that sound doesn't move me like the stronger singing!! I googled this song and I was quite surpriced that this song was released in 1988 because It sounded so 70's to me...🤔... Don't know why exactly but overall it felt that way to me!! Got me thinking about that because I think that music released in the 70's is the hardest one to me to get in and this has that same kind of "barrier"!! Now please understand that the song is good and it grows bigger and better towards the end but with that beginning I could use that pizza story again why this didn't work so well🤔 Guitarsolos were good but just a little too technical and fast paced to my taste SO😬😬 But definetily a song I CAN listen and if I hear this, I don't mind but not something I would listen by purpose!!
