+Ali Haji don't speak without knowledge, please. look at yourself, have you given the prophet saw the love he deserves??

+Aditya Ikhsan Prasiddha assalamalaikum , I'm not trying to penalise you , so you advise me not to speak without knowledge may Allah reward you for your advise . But rather than that , do you agree that in order for an act to be excepted it has to be 1 to please allah alone . 2 following the way the prophet taught us . so if you do agree in this principle I'm sure you do then you will realise who the problem is . Did the prophet teach us to celebrate his birthday ? , yes or no ?? . Their you go brother

+Ali Haji Assalamualaikum brother.... for us as ordinary peopel, we should not be talking about Khilafiyah problems due to our limited knowledge. Let me share a few hadith i know about singing Qasidah. Some of the the companions sang infront of the Holy prophet like Saidina Ibn Abbas, Saidina Nabighoh Al-Jahdy and a few other companions And the Prophet made dua for them so that they are given Jannah as a reward. Some of the great tabit tabi'in also allow Qasidah to be recited. For example. Imam Syafie(Mazhab Syafie founder) memorized 30 qasidah. Imam Malik(founder of Mazhab Maliki) once wanted to become one of the qasidah writers but turned out to become one of the most great ulama in Islam To cut short, let the judging to Allah. We are his servants, just do what Allah has told us to do and keep away from everything He told us to keep away from. The ulama's are the ones who do the fatwa not us. Assalamualaikum.... :)

It is an Innovation , but a praiseworthy one. The gathering is at the east considered Mubah ( permissible ) if not Mandub( preferable)

that means were allowed to celebrate his birthday with good actions. what a better action then to sing poetry about him and send salawat on him and to do thikr

+Mohammed Taleb in regards to celebrating his birthday , ask yourself 1 thing , WHY DID THE PROPHET NOT TEACH US TO DO THIS ? IS ISLAM INCOMPLETE ? , WHY DID THE SAHARBA NOT DO THIS . AND ALSO ALLAH SAID , AND SURELY THE MASJID ARE FOR ALLAH ALONE SO DO NOT CALL TO OTHER THAN HIM A PARTNER .
