It contains stock footage of Dar Es Salaam, a city on the Indian Ocean coast, at that time a little bigger than a fishing village while today it is one of the largest cities of Africa: people riding a coach, people walking in the street, traffic, and more.

I lived in Dar Es Salaam from 1980 to 1982, from i was two to five. A really important time. Thankyou for sharing. This explains so much! The Funk! The African Groove! Salaam aleikum. Mashallah! Alhamdoullilah! Thankyou Mother Africa! The craddle og Life and Rhythm! ✨🌍✨❤✨🔥✨

My childhood grounds. I was born at Ghana Avenue. Nimeangalia kwa makini sana hapo pengine nitaona sura ninayoikumbuka. But I was soooo young to remember faces anyway. Only buildings and cars.

Nani kaona kuanzia sekunde ya 6 linaonekana jengo lenye tawi la crdb azikiwe, likiwa limezungushiwa mabati, kumaanisha ndio lilikuwa linajengwa
