Daredevil is by far one of my favourite characters of all time. The show perfectly captured both the brutality and beauty of the comics it was based on. Charlie Cox will forever be the perfect Matt Murdock and I hope I did the show justice in this video.

There are two Daredevils. The swashbuckler and the Tortured soul. Both are valid. I prefer the Tortured soul. I have a feeling Disney will fuck this up and give us neither.

I love coming back to this show. The sheer passion and heart and depth that was put into it just made the character of Matt Murdock better than most. The MCU’s portrayal of Daredevil is light and pathetic and ruins a good character but this show shows the very best of what writing can do to innocent characters and make them better.

one of my all time favorite things about daredevil is either in the show itself or in defenders i cannot remember which but its a conversation with stick where he says that the hand who fear nothing not even death are terrified of Matt because hes the most determined and naturally skilled fighter they have ever come across and he consistently beats even their best warriors

DD is my fav! Just a regular guy with an enhanced radar power to replace his blindness. No super human x-ray vision, no Batmobile, no long metal knives that protrude through his hands and slice and dice your opponent into sausage, no ability to fly over tall buildings, no speed faster than a locomotive, no telepathy with whales, no iron suit, no golden lasso, no strange magic spells, and yep no tingly spider sense. Just a regular guy… that Marvel forgot about! Bring back the DD!

I swear Born Again/Season 4 better be just like the Netflix series and they better bring back Punisher too. Here's how they can make it work let Punisher and Daredevil fully embrace they're dark comicbook counter part with pure violence just like before. And tone them down for when they crossover with the kids tabel/PG-13 side of the MCU that way everyone's happy.
