Take off either blunt weapon mastery or holy aura for perseverance. Perseverance is basically mandatory for GC and it also hard counters rogues and other dot dmg sources like goblin bleed if you get tagged by one. BWM is probably better than holy aura for solo.

@@Y4mi2599 You could totally run holy aura to some effect if you have full plate since 15 armor matters so much more when you have a lot of pdr already, but plate is kinda bad for the smite staff setup so it just depends what you wanna build for

Few things to keep in mind as cleric. perseverance is an amazing skill because any, and all damage is reduced by three effectively nullifying certain enemies, and or abilities from players. For instance, the dragonfly poison will do maybe three HP if you have that paired with protection from evil along with any and all dots from players, such as flame walker, or curse of pain it’s an amazing skill that you should definitely be taking as for combat and or PVP you should be using your MorningStar as a longer pole you let a lot of mobs get hit with the hilt of your weapon reducing your already super low DPS you should also be taking divine strike instead of sanctuary because unless your zone camping, you don’t need five heels as a solo and divine strike makes you do a lot more damage. Also, your mindset of not using your heels is very detrimental, because as long as you take the time to sit down, you effectively have unlimited heels, but you use them as a last resort for PVP when in reality, if you’re getting a lot of heels off in a actual fight, they are either at range or the player your fighting is super bad

also, to add a couple of miscellaneous points, the buckler I would say, is better as a shield rather than the heater. The heater is very nice because of how wide it is to block a tax and arrows, but it gives you a much higher movement penalty than the buckler and any and all movement you can gain as a cleric is super necessary. Also, your order of spells you are popping before a fight should be protection, then bless and if you have it divine strike because protection only needs to last until you get hit and that’s usually going to be first but you want bless and divine strike active longer because you want to get the maximum amount of damage out of those skills as possible but you pop bless first, which kind of weekends, the agility and strength you’re getting from it.

cleric is CRAZY i played last night as a solo cleric and i decided to play until i died well 4 hours later and like 25 games i didint die and got an average of 4 kills per game and the only reason i died in the end was because my internet went out xD

oh yea also in one of my games at the start i pushed into the room next to my spawn and killed a rogue right after that about 5 seconds later a bard is on me and i kill him and about 5 seconds after that a wizard appears right next to me through a door and hits me with 3 lighting strikes almost killing me and then i kill him and i thought it was over until 20 seconds later a fighter comes along and i also kill him that was PEAK cleric xD

@@Y4mi2599 ha maybe also you should try mining gold (as a rogue preferably) i didint realize but if you go into HR ruins the gold nodes have a chance to drop up to 6 ore!!! which is equivalent to 1250G its a really good method to get money as long as you know how to survive and avoid people and once i get money i like to spend a lot on multiple sets of magical healing warlock since its fun hit me up if you want to know how to become THE gold miner ;)

should switch holy armor with perseverance the holy armor perks make your feet glow for 1 so no chance being stealthy in solos and 15 armor rating vs -3 dmg on everything i think perseverance prevails

If You use Cleric or Barb You could also destroy those Barrels sometimes You get a lot of Items or Equipments inside those... I think Barrels can also be destroyed by Spells or something stronger just sharing I just noticed that You're just passing through Barrels that hold many Treasures😅

The problem with cleric is being really slow by default without anything to slow people down with (that also doesn't slow you) other than that cleric's a tank.

@@Y4mi2599hell yess and I had an idea for content this style of content is cool but what if you did instead of one class you did two in one vid like solo cleric vs solo bard u take a kit or two out on both and compare or warlock vs Wiz and compare just throw that out there I’m only saying that bc I play warlock and bard rn and I wanna start playing solos more and it would be cool to see how different classes operate amidst a fight but I gotta say for as new of a channel as you are your content is solid good editing funny lil bits here and there it’s like you’ve been doing it for years respect

I think you're undervaluing the value of random garbage purple gear. They updated the merchant prices so each slot a purple piece of gear takes up counts for 12g. So a purple pair of boots/helmet for example sells for 48.

actually ur right, i know nothing on cleric but I’m proving that anyone can do well with cleric with this video. That’s why I said in the beginning, “idk if these perks are the best to use, but lmk”, i’m asking you guys for advice. If me, a person who uses the wrong perks and know barely anything on cleric can do well, then anyone can.
