I love that the most effective form of combat is to wait for the enemy to attack then run in and shiv the fuck out of them

I like that even in the dankest, darkest shithole dungeon in the universe, a human being instantly lights up in joy by making another person's day even worse than it already was. We really do be living in a society.

Honestly seems like a unique and interesting game! I love the classic fantasy and simple "this is a video game" style combined with more modern mechanics. You can see the elements of other games that inspired this.

This game gives heavy oblivion vibes but strange enough not Skyrim vibes. It’s definitely the combat and dungeon layout that gives it that feel.

I've mostly been playing solo, and it's a blast. I love how you went for that two stack not to loot, just because you wanted to shank some folks.

Charles here uses the "Londoner" meta build, and as you can see from the gameplay it requires precise timing to close in at enemies and absolutely devour them in accurate piercing attacks. Very well done and also great game.

This game is basically a mix between tarkov and a randomly generated looter game. Millions of different tactics and playstyles with this game. Its the type of game that is so perfect in theory that more content = better 100% of the time. Really looking forward to seeing all the extra polish and content at launch.

So much deserved hype around this game, as janky as it is, bottomline, it's FUN AS HELL.

Today's fact: Muscles do not develop the same in everyone and their exact origins/insertions can differ between people. In some the biceps have three or more heads, as opposed to the normal two. Some muscles are entirely absent, such as the psoas minor (found in about 40% of humans) and the sternalis (only 7.8%).

I'm a Cleric main, but when I was leveling my Wizard I forgot to put on a staff/book for a session and I ended up killing a rogue with my fists. Amazing what you can pull off when you're used to the slow ass Cleric mace attacks.

I'm hella excited to play this, just seems very chill but at the same time exhilarating!

Been watching Aethel play it on and off as the playtests some come up. It's obviously still nowhere near finished, but it's a super interesting game to watch develop, and seemingly just as fun to play.

This reminds somewhat me of a far advanced version of dreadhalls VR, especially in atmosphere (excellent game too btw) but with combat and many other added mechanics, creating a whole different experience

I'm glad you're bringing the signature critikal notoriety to this game. Most of my fav Tarkov content creators have been playing it and seem to love it, but the following for it seems relatively small

This game is the best thing ive played in years, little tip though is to use the enviroment to combat the AI, jumping up on a tomb or barrel and your out of reach for most mobs, you can even jump on the portal stones to get away from spiders.

It's one of the more fun multiplayer games we've had in the last few years I dare say. Even in it's testing phase

You should check out Hunt: Showdown. It’s a Tarkov game but with a late-cowboy setting. Probably the most rewarding PvP ever.

This is just a prison shanking simulator with medieval visuals

I played as a rogue. It is really fun in groups, but I enjoyed it as a solo even more. The sheer panic created from emerging from the shadows and instantly murdering the squishy out of a trio allows for some fun 1v3's. Even if you don't win, you know you've most likely caused one player to die and the rest to mince through their heals and health bar. The best is killing someone then running, only to reappear later and get a second kill on the same group. My best game I killed 11 players as a solo rogue. 2 trios, a duo and 3 solos (throwing knives are underrated af). My best fight however was seeing a trio and running away, only to find them later as they murdered someone I just became friendly with and I avenged him by trapping them In a narrow hallway between me on one side and a horde of mummies on the other.

Why isnt he playing it now that it's back?
