Take tretinoin etc instead of regulating the system Also many medical professionals don’t look over the border of their own profession My dentist told me my jaw making noises when opening it was ok if it didn’t hurt My otorhinolaryngologist noticed it and sent me to get an x-ray, turns out I have Spondylolisthesis 🙄🙄🙄

I used Roc retinol for under eyes, it's the only thing that worked for me. I also used frozen green tea bags in the morning for 10min. Those two together did wonders for my eyes, I didn't do this for short periods at a time. I made it a lifestyle.

@@SeekingGreetings It's now a life style, I've been doing the rock retinol under eye for 5 years and will continue to until I die. I used the frozen green tea bags for about a month straight for 5 min a day to speed up the process. I'll occasionally still use tea bags if I wake up with puffy eyes. I wish I could show you before and after pictures

It could also be hereditary.. My mom and all of her siblings have dark circles, and all of my 1st cousins and some of my 2nd cousins have them as well. 1 of my 1st cousins who didn't know us, after she met us, she said omg now I see where I get the dark circles from. It's in our genes.

I tell my clients to eat more Vitamin K like kale, spinach collard greens with healthy fats, nuts check B vitamins. As well, sleep, stress. Green tea bags on eyes has a wee bit vitamin. K helps decongest too. Plus eye cream.

DO 3 THINGS: 👀Eye EXERCISE morning and night, builds under eye muscle growth and increases blood flow. 📵Reduce daily SCREEN TIME to 2 hrs. 💧🍊🥒Increase NUTRIENTS drinking 2 bottles of water and eating 1 fruit/ 1 veggie daily.. Do this for 2 MONTHS and your hollowed under eyes will disappear. You can speed up the results with a vitamin C supplement. 👍

Dark circles can also occur due to skeletal deficiencies. Poor under-eye support, simply due to genetics or because of recession, from the maxilla and zygomatic bone create hollowing underneath the eye which appears as shadows/dark circles. In case of skeletal deficiencies approaches targeting the skin likely will not resolve the aesthetic concerns.

Happened to me. Aloe vera gel helped a lot. I just kept using it until the painful flaking and discoloration disappeared.

Try rubbing castor oil around the eye. A lot of optometrists do not tell their patients that. Diet will help also, eat more greens dark leafy greens. It is a lot cheaper then the prescriptions and over the counter drugs that don’t work.

Not too long ago one side of my face was swollen and my dark circles disappeared, so I have thin skin so blood vessels Instead of pinching your dark circle fall on your cheekbones and wait till it’s swollen up to your dark circles What I want to get rid of are those little skin coloured pimples on your dark circles I have no idea how to make them disappear

its called Milia. A dermatologist may be able to help you treat it Also, try using OTC topical retinoids, exfoliation, or chemical peels. An esthetician may be able to help you develop a good skincare routine to help treat and prevent it.

You can use retinol on the very bottom edge of the eye socket, by the top of your cheeks. I wouldn't go further than that. You can also use retinol over your eye cream so it's not as strong on the skin, but use a very little bit and a light touch so it doesn't seep into the eyes.

I’m allergic to caffeine 😩the one thing that actually worked on me was Phix caffeine eye cream- sharing in case it helps someone else. I had to toss mine :(
