@@gen1136 It’s just something that happens with some people and first person games. I think it kind of confuses my brain, it thinks that I’m the one running around in the maze while in reality, I’m sitting at my desk. That confusion makes me sick. Edit: I really hope I explained this well enough, I sometimes have trouble with words.

XD That moment where you narrowly avoided being killed around the 10 min mark, I said "How did you survive that?!" and then you said "You know what? Who cares? I'll take it." and I just thought that was brilliant timing.

Pretty sure the enemies are a lot smarter in here then the original game because they split up and come from different hallways to block you off For example: 9:50 The first enemy chasing you stopped while another one came from above and then the first one that was chasing you came from the front and blocked you in and killed you

I know why it's harder. It's because the enemies know where your at, at all time. Also I like how the music changes depending on how many enemies are chasing you

As the environment artist for this demo, it makes me happy to see that people are enjoying it! The soft lighting Vincent added in-engine is a nice touch, helps to bring in some of the mood that the 3D game has.

Dude this looks awesome! It really does work for a pixel art astetic, while also keeping the game familiar to veterains, while new comers can play and enjoy too

Sometimes 1ST PERSON horror games are hard (Well for me) and it's also scary but this retro game seems like great and easy (In some parts) you can see the enemy's from the outside and you can run without them seeing you because In the normal you have to be aware but in this you still have to be aware but easier if theirs only 1 chasing you if course

The game looks really interesting in this style! The original Dark Deception is pretty scary, but this format might make the scares a little more bearable for folks who aren't too fond of frights. Something I found a bit odd was how Bierce's voice was only provided for the first few sentences with the rest left silent. It would have made more sense for all of her lines to have audio. Thanks for sharing the experience with us!

Honestly you just described it perfectly. Markiplier for example is also pretty calm playing horror games but still likes to scare us, but when SHB gets caught he’s just like “oh, darn.” I love that.

I'm so hyped for when this makes a full release and it comes out on mobile and when the actual game comes out on consoles Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. This has been one of three franchises I hold close to my heart.

when playing Super Dark Deception, I have a personal policy for my own playing: I can continue as much as I want until I've gathered all the soul shards, but if I lose after all the soul shards have been gathered, but before I get the ring piece, I force myself to start all over...

In fact, this game is very hard because the AI know where you are every time, and they are pretty good at taking you to a corner and close every exit possible. But it's so cool !

Nobodys talked about this yet but it seems that this game was inspired by super fnaf, which was a pixel retelling of the first 3 five nights at freddys games (with the addition of the story taking place from the dead childrens perspective)

This is a minigame within dark deception this demo is a small teaser for chapter 5 because the developers said that the won't post any teasers for chapter 5 because it is the last chapter so they are releasing super dd and teasers for super dd to give the community some content until chapter 5.

two tips for monkey level (i'm to lazy to say the real name of the level lol) 1. gather up all tree monkeys into one why? bc this is helpful if you're trying to get the soul shards in a corner 2.when you gather all the soul shards go into a secret room and gather all 2 murder monkeys and all 2 chef monkeys (I'm to lazy to explain why you should do 2 lol)

I found out that Bendy and the Dark Revival takes place in 1968, in the file with Joey Drew Studios. It states the company went under in 48, and that was 20 years ago
