Grimdark is my favorite. It takes everything I love about gritty psychological horror and fuses it together with all the fun stuff from epic fantasy. I’ve read most of these and loved them, great taste (:

Yes yes yes yes!!! I can't wait to start reading Benedict Patrick will start with Yarnswold but also want to read his dark star series as well. He's got a kick-starter going (did recently) for hardback of dark star. I'm trying to justify spending the money lol fucking postage

I'm not huge into comedy books but a couple that come to mind are Sixteen Ways to Defend a Walled City, Suficiently Advanced Magic, and a Hole in the World. They are not true comedy but definitely humorous
