For people who don't understand: Eggman hyponozised Sliver, he got into his mind and did what he did, he basically controlled Sliver to say what he did then used his powers on Scourge, because in the beginning Sliver said 'Stay out of my way' Hoped this helped Have a good day/afternoon/night
