@@the_prancing_pony I know, your looking at this full page response and possibly overwhelmed by this massive exposé featuring a Psychologically framed based response; So, please forgive my intrusion. It's an absolute delight to meet yourself and greet people with a type of bonding influence that only a few seem to comprehend in totality. I've always found Anne's written work so profound about the human condition that reverberate and offer a different perspective; however, nonetheless her philosophical resonance aptly corresponds with our own views of mortality, which speaks volumes about the human condition (where as, the film adaptations seem to tend to border the underlying thematic revelations'), but the screenwriters simply tend to gloss over repeatedly. Anne offers her readership a profound philosophical stance, which continues to enigmatically call-out a much deep understanding regarding the differences between what is "good" and "evil", as well as the conclusions that helps her many readers to illustrate a positive way of living life. This inly's her own comprehensions regarding mortality; but through the characterization of Lestat dé Lioncourt is the perfect character to buttress any examination. He's a very complex individual who becomes the "anti-hero", who lavishes many gifts upon those he loves and even claiming to feed upon "evil people", because he eternally regretted killing the "gypsy girl" who was innocent. He takes her violin as an eternal reminder that killing the innocent was forbidden in his eyes ― Plus, "Evildoers taste better also". It highlights that a life "well spent" is an immortal covenant, which explains how we individually impact each other lives. Fictionally, she guides the reader through a lifetime of accrued experiences ― Unlocking a multitude of secrets regarding how to treat one another with ultimate respect and to not fear, or, criticize another's belief system('s). That's some profound wisdom for everyone, but Anne Rice receives no credit for acknowledging form this proposition at all. I've always practiced this type of fellowship, regardless of outside confabulatory attitudes of anticholinergic toxidrome which can cause this intrapersonal distortion, known as "Cognitive Dissonance". I suspect that you understand these sentiments as well, because the music is a sublime winnowing between separating the wheat-berries from there papery husk, just as we do also, separating our spirit from our physical bodies do from birth, life, and eventually into death. This intentionality forms a hallmark reference of a lifetime well spent. Those people who invested in any single given perspective shall - When confronted with contrary evidence ― Expanding an extreme amount of effort to justify in retaining that challenged perspective. This "Egocentric" confabulations are simply reserved for self-centered people, in whom I've diagnosed with Cognitive Dissonance Affasia, usually scared in conjunction of a Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA). I apologize regarding my extended rant, but I tend to think and write faster than the average person, nevertheless Anne Rice is a true master of fictionalized character dysfunctions. Just imagine what a Vampire with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Wouldn't that be an interesting plot.... ??? Hello! It's not intrusion at all; I was flattered by your taking the time to write to me and explaining your point of view. Unfortunately, it's a reality; few people can fully understand the philosophy behind Anne's books. For many years, I wished they would create a TV series of the Vampire Chronicles, and I'm deeply disappointed with the producers' interpretation; unfortunately, they are distorting the story. I haven't even watched the other episodes. Anne was a human being way ahead of her time, and she doesn't have the proper recognition! And I'm very sad about that because it means we live in a world of literary darkness. I share the same feelings... I can't explain like you did, but everything you wrote made a lot of sense. You don't need to apologize; I'm really happy that you shared your thoughts. And I'm even happier to know that the music inspired you. So it's settled, in the next Lestat video (which will take a little while to come out), you'll share the list of dark violin sentiments. 🖤✨

I am of French-Louisiana Creole ancestry... I have read all of the novels within the vampire chronicles, written by beloved author, Anne Rice ... Lestat de Lioncourt, never fully embraced the darkness... He was more zealous about finding a potential companion, in-which he could turn and enact his desires; hence his recruitment of the tortured soul, Louis de Pointe du Lac...

Hello Friend!!! Yes, I read the complete saga and the saga of the Mayfair Witches, they are interlaced. And, I'm not sure about it, I think Lestat embraced the darkness many many times, but he found every time a way back. He is a conflict vampire, confuse, has a lot inside of him, too many years of despair. Poor Lui, I love this vampire, I love all of them 🖤
