I had a statue with a small chip that wasn’t noticeable. Just knowing it was there always drove me crazy though.

I'd try to just send a complaint to the company about the chips. Sometimes they'll send you a replacement. We pay a ton of $$ for these statues we should expect nothing but perfection. My brother got Prime 1 Superman and the box numbers didn't line up. They paid for the return shipping and replaced with the numbers lining up.

Thomas C That’s exactly what I did with SS Cable Ex. They have the best customer service in the business. Being XM is overseas I can’t imagine how much of a pain that would be.

This fire looks much better than the translucent resin. The fire on her body also helps a lot. Makes it feels connected.

It's finally here! I remember when you told me that you were a little bummed out when you first canceled the pre order but it's finally here and it looks incredible. Always been one of my favorites, that fire is just amazing.

I agree about the painted vs. translucent flame. I like how the Phoenix just adds to the piece and doesn’t seem to take away from Jean. Nice. Thanks.

I’m happy with the xm Phoenix, the translucent resin was a new level statue some years ago, and I think holds up, the dark Phoenix xm, which I will try to track down is brilliantly painted and pops, I love both renderings for different reasons.

Phie, with clutch surgery or bringing hardwire cables for Lives! The MVP! This is an awesome statue. so much fire, with such a small footprint. The sculpt is amazing, and definitely digging the maniacal portrait. Great vid, Gem!

Such an insanely cool piece! I get the same feel with this piece as I do the XM Ghost Rider. Just a plethora of flames swarming a cool sculpt. Love it!

Impressive. Love the look of the bird and it's wings. The flame portrait is the best, the chip is not a problem, as it not really noticeable. My second favorite portrait is the one that her eyes are visible. The expression is better on it.

Super cool statue. Jean Grey is a great character, one of my favorites from X-Men. Haven’t commented in a while, but had to say your editing and content is always getting better, never stop Gem.
