Sir it's not necessary to for me to take cs but I want to work in data science,AI or software And considering the competition in cse I am little doubtful about it but according to my interests and a more versatile degree cs only suits Also few companies want only cs degrees for cs related jobs If I can do all the same things I wanna do according to the ones mentioned above and apart from that I am ready for ece also plus it's easier to get that And I can get government job with ECE which is not so possible with CSE Also my father has done it and I don't want him to interfere in my education that's the reason I am a little resistant towards it But I don't know much about electronics and I want to take an easy branch as engineering is more of just a degree for me as I am interested in singing, writing and enterpreneurship For same reason I am ok not exactly satisfied with electronics and instrumentation engineering also from good college Apart from that companies don't really allow other engineers to sit in cs related placements as far as I know so in them the engineering degree is more of just having an engineering degree purpose In which I am interested in are btech biotechnology, btech biomedical engineering, btech industrial engineering and btech food technology So what to do Not interested in electrical, mechanical,civil, aeronautical etc. Little interested in environmental engineering but not really interested offered in India
