Here's a quick #speedrun of the #balance #changes to save you some precious time so you can get into the dark sea and explore it yourself sooner!

as one of the rare boxing warlords, the low damage of it is now almost laughable. you need, on average, around 90ish power to do 200 damage on an uncharged attack with the staff / kai sabre. it's REALLY bad

Such low damage for not needing to maintain a heat bar for high attack speed just isn't a worthy trade off... it really does suck 😢

in terms of balancing all round, Big nerfs for everyone but more specifically, - Mage dodged a fat one (mostly cause they already got nerfed to the ground during the potion update) - conjurers got obliterated this time round, prepare to take up 30% longer doing anything in this game vetex really said 1 dmg take it or leave it - Thermo fist, simply does not exist anymore, its best for you to pick up a new fighting style at this point - Any Dot builds like poison got blessed (expect to be given a face full and die slowly in the coming weeks) - Take blood pressure meds debating where if you grabs should have hit or not - Stat wise, Pure power builds are not going to 1 shot anymore (include the new dmg calculation), Everything is going to hit like a truck with defense reduction (I imagined that Vetex is going for a numbers squish, making the players do less dmg and take more dmg so we don't brute force our way through the dark sea by hitting for 999999999 dmg) I can't wait for players to come back after months just to find out their carefully crafted builds can't even do story bosses in a reasonable time, gonna see a huge player spike for the dark sea then at most this game is hitting 2k players after a few weeks

Portable Magmurrr!! I am currently in crippling debts, cannot afford Brig, I was thinking if using Caravel and enter the Dark Sea. It was a bad idea, I managed to recover 2 Dark Sealed Chests with 1444 Hull left.

how do you have player markers in the dark sea? it always removes then whenever i go in with a party

Must have been a bug. I could only see 1 of my party members markers but not anyone else.. if a member died I'd see their tag in the normal sea... if I drank a revealing potion I'd see my friend highlighted even after the effect has ended... weird... buggy...
