It's the typical "Lektor" dubbing you have in Poland, but probably also Russia etc... there's just one guy saying all the translated dialogue over the original language. Since you still hear the original actors' voices somewhat, the Lektor doesn't make a big effort to imitate them. It's basically audio subtitles.

The language she's watching is Russian. I only mentioned Poland as a bad example. They have one speaker for all characters, and he speaks in a monotone voice. Search for "Lektor" to see some examples. What Ljuba here is watching is the Russian version, they have a couple different speakers, and they try to match the mood of the scene a bit. But it's still no real dubbing like we know in Germany. But for Poles, the Lektor dubbing seems completely normal, and for Russians, this type of dubbing seems completely normal. They're used to it. In Scandinavia, they watch everything in the original language with subtitles. They find it very odd that in Germany, everything is professionally dubbed. It's just what the people are used to in their countries.
