The only anime studio that cares for their employees is Kyoto Animation. The animators get a lot more time with a healthy work schedule and workplace to work on the anime. They train animators in their own private animation school. Also they only make 1 or 2 anime per year,whereas other studios usually produce 5-7 anime. And each episode is animated by 7-10 people,where popular anime uses 20-30 staff members per episode or sometimes even more.

@@denish1066 its studio pierrot , one of the worst anime studio out there Recently bleach animator are literally quiting their job due to pressure on them. Some famous works of studio pierrot are: Naruto,Naruto :Shippuden, Boruto , Bleach; Bleach:tybw, Black Clover, Tokyo ghoul.

The staff of Zom 100 were literally working for a studio before who exploited them but they left the studio and made a new studio and made Zom 100. However they still are facing so much delays :P Meanwhile Mappa making their employees sign NDA 💀

@@peacenotanoption atleast no delays JJK is going smoothly, aot is also getting worked on, csm was great, Vinland saga was great too. Without any delays and bad quality so just appreciate MAPPA studio exist or we should haven't been watching these anime titles this fast.

Bleach TYBW also faced production issues as they were given like 6 months to animate 13 eps even though the issues were not that noticeable since their priority is not super fluid animation like Mob psycho and Csm still it was really hard for them to maintain those highly detailed character designs throughout the season even director of the series mentioned the tight schedule in his latest tweet it's always the "Production Committee" who are generally responsible for giving those harsh conditions and few fans of the series even harassed the animators for not giving them animation like Mappa shows

kyoto animation (the studio that made Violet Evergarden) is probably the only anime studio in japan that looks after its employee health. Violet Evergarden finished its post production 2 weeks before its airing. which is not normal in japan. and to be honest we can see that in their works. their products reeks quality. bonus fact : most animators works on contract in japan .meaning they get paid in percentage. but Kyoto animation staffs are salary employees.

I would also say that studio which is making Zom 100 is a new studio and this was their first anime (they have worked on some but this anime is their own) although anime being so good they were unable measure or miscalculated the correct time it would have taken them to release the anime . I am sure this anime is solid 8 but due to these dealys show looses its impact and suffer sad😢

Goes to show the passion animators at Bones had for Mob Psycho 100. They frickin completed everything of season 3 a month before the first episode aired. Also one of the main reasons WIT dropped AOT was debt they were under. IG productions would had them shut down if shows like Ousama Ranking and SpyxFamily hadn't worked.

Mappa animated aot for 19 months after aot s4p2 converting their hard work into hours would be like this 19*30=570days 570*24=13680 hours 1episode=60minutes So, 13680/2=6840hours on a single episode Divinding 6840/60=114hours😢 So,mappa took 114 hours for 1minute of aot animation 😬😨😨

No💀 that's not how production works. Aot has a different team, jjk has a different team same with other projects. Aot may have less number of staff members as they have 1 year to animate 1 aot episode which is 50min long. Where as jjk staff might be larger in number than aot staff. Also it doesn't take 114 hrs to animate 1min 💀 on an avg it takes 2 months for a ep of 24mins to be animated with 10hrs of work hours. Oh yeah keep in mind that multiple eps are made together by different staff members thats why it takes 2 months otherwise if the entire staff worked on a single ep it would take only a week.

This toxic work culture and tight schedule also effects the quality of the anime. For example look at HELL'S PARADISE, Mappa didn't had any animators to spare on it(bcz of their multiple ongoing projects),so most of the work was outsourced and the results were catastrophic. Aside from the first two episodes whole season was trash(as par with Mappa standards). Not specifically targeting mappa, just gave an example bcz they are one the most popular studios.

Bleach Tybw ep 26 didn't adapt the final portion of Yhwach Vs Ichibei because of some production issues . So i hope Studio Pierrot will give Tauguchi and the animation staff some time to deliver cour 3 🙏 . Btw Senjumaru ' s Bankai is Peak 🔥

As I work in this industry is the most important topic you haven't cover is director changes ...before the deadline director makes a lot of changes could be the background color shadow and so on. that means we have to re-draw the whole sequence again and it just so much pain full process...

BLEACH:TYBW cour 2 was affected by the same problem. The last episode of cour 2 was supposed to cover Yhwach vs Ichibei fight and show Yhwach's ability 'The Almighty'. But due to lack of time to properly animate it the climax of the fight was pushed to cour 3. So the last 5 minutes of the episode was a comedic sketch. Mind that rhe whole cour 2 had only 6 months to get animated after the end of cour 1.

Na , it was late because the animators elevated/added some extra parts which aren't in the original manga. Like the bankai shown in last episode.

@@ChrolloLucilfer-rl3yj that was also a reason. But time schedule was also a problem because the episode was first named "A"meaning telling us yhwach's schirft ability. But then they changed the name to "black" because they couldn't animate it till then. It was supposed to be shown in the episode. Also the last comedic scene was wayyy too long for such an important episode(almost 1/5 of the whole ep)

I was like "WAIT...THIS WASN'T EVEN IN THE MANGA,WE GETTING NEW SCENES,LETS GOOOO BABYYYY".Kubo knew what he was doing. Honestly my favourite anime of this year after Mushoku Tensei season 2. Even studio can't do anything due to publisher dead lines. targeting only studios especially only one mappa is wrong. publisher and committee should also be target. Whole anime industry will be revealed thats why studio doesn't do anything "matrix". Thanks for sharing info and people should consider any fake or biased news on social media

Yep, truth mai bhi ek cloud studio run krta tha barnads ka projects krta tha but brands ka side se ek strict deadlines hoti tha or wo utna bhi pay nhi krta tha tu kahi na kahi hum expolide krna parta tha but mai bhi ek Animator hu iss lea Mera ko wo chiga achi nhi lagati the iss lea abhi koi project nhi ho rha hai studio me, mayna bund bhi nhi kia hai bus projects nhi ho rha hai

0:38 same is with the hotel industry.. 12-14 hours of shifts no weekends no offs on holiday until the rush days are over. Lack of sleep and lack of personal space for a salary of 12k for the beginers and aprox 50k for the managers. Indian hotel industry is so much dipressing. With a food cost of 33% max in a 5star hotel they make 67% profit. But what they give you is like 10k-20k againt your 12-14hrs of sacrifice and hard work.

I suppose that its not production fault , its our own fault because 90% of the anime watchers watches the anime for free of cost( i am referring telegram, Aniwatch and other platforms) .
