I am sure that he has headphones as you can see the cable there is no loud music and the recording goes right from the mixer

Me and a mate used to mix before heading out to pubs, neighbours called the cops probably 4 times. Everytime they came just as we were leaving so they didn't believe the neighbour, we just started blasting the music straight out of the windows after that

+ Thirstypioneer Same here man. Beat-mixing used to be an artform. Some good beats and amazing tracks are being created today - but there are a lot less masters doing it. The modern tools mean it does not take long to be able to put out decent tracks. Although quality still shines through. People like Paul Kalkbrenner have oldschool skills mixed with modern technology. He is a bit more chilled than this DJ so not for everyone.

Meine worte. Da stehen, gute lieder auswählen und n fader verschieben hat nichts mit dj-ing zu tun. In dem fall freu ich mich höchstens über die lieder. Jeder vollidiot kann heute dj sein. Das ist per se nicht schlimm, wenn die masse aber keine ahnung hat und leuten folgt die kein skill haben - bleiben dann die "skiller" auf der strecke? Das passiert nicht nur in der elektronischen musik so, leider... Gut ist heute einfach nicht mehr gut.

War schon immer so, verkaufen musst dich können und dass ist aufwendig. Weiss auch fast keiner was in nem rede Bull drin ist und trotz dem saufen es alle

@@serioussam2033 Ich finde man sollte da bei der Gage klar unterscheiden.....wenn Traktor und Co. einem die ganze Arbeit abnehmen warum soll das gleichwertig vergünstigt werden wie ein Dj der noch den Stolz besitzt zu mixen ohne Sync und ohne dass ein Program die Cue`s setzt , Lautstärken und Pitch automatisch angleicht.......Controller-Mixe sind auch irgendwie immer gleich.....keine Variationen , kein Cutten oder mal vorab was vom nächst folgendem Track in den laufenden reinscratchen...nichts....immer der gleiche Übergang, mit Glück gibts 2 Variationen ......mal ganz davon abgesehen dass die Tracks anscheinend MP³ sind und keine Wav`s.....also wohl aus`m Netzt geklaut..........jaja , kein Anstand mehr heutzutage bei den Techno-Kids

du läufst auch sicher noch mit einem nokia 3210 rum und nutzt auch den t9 modus nicht... also das die definition DJ in der heutigen Zeit eher seltener zutrifft, möchte ich nicht abstreiten. heutzutage sind es immer mehr PJ's (Putting). dadurch verändert sich eben auch die struktur des liedablaufes, brauch ich dir alten hasen nicht erklären. und jeder kann es definitiv auch nicht so einfach mal machen. man muss sich schon intensiv mit der bedienung auseinanderzusetzen (mit platten definitiv auch) und beides verlangt absolutes taktgefühl. und das hat nicht jeder. ich zum beispiel habe auch einen kleinen controller (aber wenig zeit) und mir fällt es schwer, etwas astreines aufzunehmen, obwohl ich meine trackliste in und auswendig kenne. also einfach leben und leben lassen. für mich sind die wahren künstler, die jeweiligen produzenten. ohne die gäbe es weder djs noch pjs. ps: ich finde loops ebenfalls auch sehr geil, die fast keiner mehr einbaut und dadurch neue tracks entstehen ;o)
