There’s three types of villains. the first who’s getting revenge on the world for hurting the ones they love. The second who’s protecting the ones they live from the world. And the third who have no one and therefore have no need for the world

As a guy who went from fat to fit. I did bodybuilding. Had no strength. Changed to powerlifting. Had no cardio, and lost my 6 pack. Found combat sports and learned a 14 year old 120lb boy could hold me down, and get out from under me with ease. I learned that muscle burnes through your oxygen like crazy. I thought strength and muscle was the goal, and learned hybrid cardio and strength is key. I dare say strength is the easier path and cardio is a harder task, so I train for that more than strength. You wanna be a badass, 5 - 1 mile runs under 9 mins... 3 min break between each mile. Now you last longer and not get smoked in 30 seconds. If you can do 200 Burpees a day, and not die... you'll be way more prepared for high stressed, high output, emergency action situations. Benching 400lbs, squatting 600lbs is damn near worthless.

You don’t know what a true hero is. Someone who saves everyone even the villain is a true hero, what you describe is not a hero. But if a villain is hurting others and killing, the logical choice is to imprison them. A hero won’t sit by and watch a villain hurt others. “The heroes should’ve saved the villain when they weren’t one” Heroes can’t really save everyone and they have to live with that guilt and weight.
