At least it's a going second exclusive card. Nothing is worse than you opponent doing a big turn one combo, only to drop Maxx "C" in your draw phase.

This card was specifically made to help those who go 2nd, it's a very needed card (imo). Going 2nd is such a huge disadvantage and the only way to combat that disadvantage is to be lucky and draw enough hand traps to deal with your opponent's 1st turn. I think this card decently balanced. Maxx "C" includes special summoning from the hand, graveyard and banishment, this card does not. Also, there is the restriction of only using this card while you control no other cards (pretty much meaning turn 1 only). The random shuffling effect is a really good way to balance this card, since you don't get to choose the cards that get shuffled back. Oh and the 3rd one of these cards is definitely going to be drawing a card every time a card is special summoned from the graveyard and banishment.

I personally am not scared because I play Dinowrestler, and Dinowrestler has only two ways to summon from my deck. But I do need my extra deck to go into some great plays. Overall, it is not too bad for me, but for others, RUN WALL YOU STILL CAN!!!!!! I will try to bye a set of these when they come out.

They are not going to ban Maxx C. This card would be with maxx c in a 50-card deck.

Am I missing something? The fact that you can't control any cards to use the effect makes it useless for the turn 1 player. Isn't maxx c powerful because the turn 1 player can use it on the turn 2 player after building their board?

I always thought maxx c was so powerful because it lets you punish the opponent for doing a combo. This thing? If you go second it's really powerful, it may be harder to use after the first 2 turns but it's not impossible. Especially since fire kings is really popular right now which blows up the whole field, unless i'm wrong on that
