This argument will never end because everybody is right based on the perspective they are arguing from. If we're talking about which sport would could you train someone to have success when they have zero experience, football would be easier to produce more successful players. However, if we're talking about players that have some experience with playing the other sport, football players would have more successful transitions. As a college football player, me and several teammates played basketball all the time in the off-season. I've played with people on our basketball team as well and could have switched sports if I wanted to. You don't really see many basketball players playing football ever. So if we are talking about immediate success, then football players would come out on top.

@TheGreatness-gg1jx24 күн бұрын
ESPN just puts loudmouths on air to watch people are argue. It's vulgar. Foreign players in the NBA are mainly bigs. It's not an "international" league. It's the best league with the best players and any foreigners who want to play with the best come here. Most Canadian players were literally Made in America. The others like Gannis and Jokic, have basically been put through the fire in the NBA and been able to make it come out on the other side. They have no real effect on a roster spots unless you're a really average 7 footer. Athletically Rivers is 100% correct. There are a ton of big dude's in the league who could technically put on some pads and likely do well in the NFL. OTOH most football players outgrew any kind of basketball shape in college if not before. But physically and mentally Football at the NFL level is extraordinarily a Collision sport. It's one thing to look at it and theorize, it's a completely different thing to have Aaron Donald or Kam Chancellor on a collision course with you.
