Wanted to make a video where I try to optimize as much as I can the characters that I covered early on so that you guys can have a more thorough and complete Guide & Build for these characters. Should I go back and do one of these for another character? Or should I focus on the ones I haven't made videos on yet? 🤔

One additional Tip I think worth mentioning is how Vaseraga takes advantage of the Lucky Charge sigil ability. By rolling a lvl 3-7 Lucky Charge on your wrightstone and using it you can increase your charge attack crits by 24%+. And since Vaserga basically just charge attacks, you can completely remove the need for crit in your sigil slots.

i rolled one lucky charge sigil, and thats already 54% crit, with a default 50% crit thats already 100%. u are absolutely right.

Just wanted to point out that the gap closer (square, triangle) doesn't need to be charged, you could simply tap square, triangle to get to position then hit square again and charge the big triangle attack

Please include a PSA that the skill dodge cancel charge tech does not work anymore, and that the 100% immortal buff uptime cannot be done because of that

Personally, I use the sigil which decreases the charging time of attacks, it's a very nice QOL improvement.

yup and arguably a damage increase compared to alternatives since enemies dont just stand around waiting for you you finish your slow charges

What i find dumb about vas is that his final 2nd charge and 3rd charge has the same damage cap despite the 2nd one is a 2hit move. They really need to raise his 3rd charge damage cap higher so its actually worth using.

could just use the one skill for invicibility and get the 90%, but if your capping without less is more... what difference would it make? does LEss is More bypass Damage Cap or something? Also, wouldnt Quick charge be really good here?

I've started to play with him after I dropped his Terminus Weapon. I can say for sure that he is a beast in terms of dealing damage. If you know the boss' moveset you can predict and pre charge the attacks its so refreshing when you see those big numbers showing up in the screen.

Don’t forget that charge attacks in the game can “parry” enemy attacks, which is basically gives Vaseraga free invincibility just like perfect dodge

What I want to know is can you not just have undying as your only skill then be able to run less is more along side uptime for undying? Yeah you get less out of the sigil but 70% is still incredibly meaty

Every build uses Supplementary attack... I've appraised well over a thousands sigils and have not gotten one.

frees up your sigil slots... with less attack focused sigils and insert more utlity sigil which in turn can translate into smoother gameplay and potentially a dps increase depending on the utility sigils you equip.. also some characters have really high damage cap limit on their skills and special moves that fully awakened terminus weapon lessen the sigil requirements to reach those.

Also SBA and Link Attack has high dmg cap you wont even reach it even wit max weapon upgrades. So its also good burst dmg boost.

It's great, you get some extra HP (more than you would have normally) and still stay below 45K to get the Catastrophe buff from the Terminus weapon

Hey I really appreciate this info. I was playing Vaseraga a lot but was discouraged when I found out about the less is more build being the best since I dont like not having skills. But the great scythe cancel build looks way more fun with potentially infinite immortal pain, which I also was hoping there was a way to make it infinite uptime. Idk if thats as good of dps as less is more but it at least seems competitive. I think I have most of whats necessary to build it so im looking forward to trying it out. Again tyvm!

Yeah it's not as good as the less is more, but you can still hit the 40M mark in a 60s test with that playstyle and that ranks Vaseraga as a very high DPS character. Hope you have fun with the big guy!

keep in mind that dummy test is not the end all be all.. just the concept on 100% uptime on immortal pain means you just facetank everything you dont care about damage windows at all. seems a more practical build in any scenario

remember MVP is not everything anyway, also put it into mind that MVP because of a lot of things not just damage supporting your team and things can be MVP too damage is not everything my man

i think you have too much attack for first build skill + charged is capped at 1631992 even without or 1 attack sigil just getting faster charge seems better if you are gonna spam skill+ charged attack also you dont need maxed cooldown you can get it infinittly going with half of it

Hey, so I’m the guy who made the dodge build, just wanted to ask if you’ve messed with Vane much, because his trait sigil is similar to Vaseraga’s in that it reduces cooldowns a lot a stacks with supp dmg. Just throw triple supp and the cd trait sigil on vane and do xxyy after any skill and watch the ridiculousness

@@zer0rama572Because it is an exploit that gives some characters like Vaseraga and Percival infinite charges It is one thing to animation cancel a skill but it is another to do it and get the benefits of it without putting it on a cooldown, that's just cheating and some of us just don't enjoy that Yes, even in a not competitive co op game

So the build guide is using the same sigils as every other character because damage cap is bullshit and there are only 2 other ways to go by it. Got it. Nice video though. Trash game to make build guides, no variety.

Thank you, and yeah sadly the game limits build variety a LOT, with 4 sigil slots for Damage Cap, 3 for Supplementary Damage (if you can), and War Elemental. Then the rest of the slots can also be filled up for the most part with similar sigils on all characters (2Tyranny, 1Stamina) and you'll hit damage cap on most attacks. I really hope the devs do something about this, because other than that the game is incredible IMO
