Same here, same age but: His lifestyle made him age very, very poorly. He looks terrible and sick on screen. He lost his hair and fixed his teeth. He used doubles ever since Knock Out. No more kicks and splits. His acting and english got worse. He doesn't look good with guns trying to emulate Liam Neeson in a low budget flick by Saban.

If any of you are wondering if jcvd can do his signature spin kicks at 63 years old yes he can, in fact recently he was asked if he could still do his signature spin kicks, and he said yes he can. He keeps himself in great shape, he works out, and he still trains.

The cinematography on this looks good & the acting looks solid. Jean Claude Van Damme had a bit of a dip period with quite a few straight to home release, low production value films. Since the release of JCVD though in 2008, he's back on form. Sure, he has aged and we are unlikely to see him convincingly scissorkicking in the air any time soon but have to admit, he still has it.

He is back after really long time. This obviously is a limited budget movie with what seems to be a pretty familiar storyline. But lets hope its a good one. JCVD made some of the best B grade action movies like Blood sport, Lion Heart, Universal Soldier , Double Team. So lets hope this is a good one time watch.

his voice sounds good, we dont need him to be super active but the screenplay seems a little weak if he wants this to be a resurgence type of movie. which i think he deserves one. one really good revenge script where he plays a dark and broken man

I think he had the potential to be a great drama actor. I can see him do movies where he doesn't raise an hand but can give deep performances as a dramatic, more serious character.
