I love your narrations, but one story bugged me like no other... The woman from story 3 is NOT A KEEPER by any means. If those thoughts were the first things that popped into her head when her husband is being protective after that many years together; she obviously isn't a very intelligent let alone intuitive human being.. Honestly that story was a train wreck.

I know right she could have gotten him killed and not just from the creature but from the police, knowing that she called the police on him then she goes out and handed him the Gun UGH " GEEZERS " Police don't do well when they pull up and someone has a Gun, especially with what she told them "OY VAY" She should have had more confidence and trust in her husband. If I was him I'd divorced her GRRRR. 😆 LOL
@Duhllin
@Duhllin Жыл бұрын
I disagree. The wife had no idea what was going on and the husband seemed to be delusional. It also seems like the husband may have had a history of abuse, given how the wife went straight to the husband once the dog started cowering in its spot. She was right to call the police at first, because it was for the safety of her kids, herself, and the dog. It also seems like the husband may have hurt the dog. The wife gives clear implications that the husband has aggression issues, and back when she first got the rifle, her fear was that he’d do something to the family. Not to mention how he may have abused that dog, and right after, asks for the rifle? No. I’d be calling the police. Check the video again and listen to the little details, like her talking about his aggression, the dog, her fears, and more specifically, look at it from her point of view.
@Duhllin
@Duhllin Жыл бұрын
@@MegaSusanc I’d divorce him tbh because it seems he may be abusive, given how she says he has aggression issues, she’s always feared he would use the rifle on the family (once she got the rifle), and how he very well may have hit the dog (I doubt she’d have accused him of it right away, if he never abused the dog before). Not to mention it seemed like he was delusional, and he kept saying the same thing over and over again. And not trusting him doesn’t mean she’s the issue. If someone use abusive towards you and you don’t trust them because of that, you wouldn’t be the issue, right? It would be the abuser. Either way, the wife was justified. The husband wasn’t helping the situation and the wife gave him many chances to do so. The husband is the problem for not communicating.

#3 is by far the scariest story in this video, hard working husband comes home to relax. He decides to sit in his front porch only to spot a beast sneaking up on him from afar. He sees the beast crawling low to the floor, the perfect predator camouflaging with the darkness that the woods provide it. He’s in a trance as he realizes if he blinks or even looks away he’s as good as dead. The beast and him play a game of cat and mouse.

Omg I thought I was the only one who got frustrated and irritated with the woman. I was like, "Seriously, lady? No faith in your husband at all, and you don't seem to be paying any damn attention to his behavior despite being irritated by it." I was like, you're a moron. He hasn't moved from that spot and was looking at the woods, asking a question that you don't seem to pay any attention to.

We stayed several times on st. John in the Virgin Islands. When I walked a path to our room at night, i would hear frantic whispers that would weave in and out like wind. It happened only when I was alone. I asked our housekeeper about ghosts and she shook her head and ran. I asked several other people, and one native women told me that they were not allowed to speak of it at the resorts, but during a slave uprising several dozen people were murdered where our rooms were. The whole area was the site of desperate fighting. I believed it, and was very uneasy until i made some friends on the island after a few visits and they said i was accepted and could be at home there. After that, even staying in the same place, I was never scared after that. I just honored the ancestors and gave them respect and they let me be. All those islands were full of slavery and abuse. A sad history in such a paradise.
@christineparis5607
@christineparis5607 5 жыл бұрын
@Dee Bee Why is it BS? You can easily Google the history of St. John in the US Virgin Islands and all the history is right there. As far as ghosts, that's up to you, but they even had a special on TV a few years ago about the hauntings of two private houses on the island. Most of the island had been under Dutch rule in the 1700/1800s and it was all sugar plantations worked by slaves. The life of a sugar plantation slave was brutal and short. You can even go visit some of the old sugar mills. Go there at night and you'll be convinced that there are some unhappy spirits. Check it out.

I've heard of the first story before. I was visiting my dad's family for my 17th birthday in Trinidad. We were out at family dinner in a restaurant or someone's house, and my dad was sitting next to me and my brother was sitting opposite of me. I can't say with certainty how the subject of this creepy story came to light, but it did and it was my dad's brother (I think) who was involved. The Story begins with my dad's brother driving along the road and he saw a beautiful woman in a red dress I believe or something to that effect and he picked her up without a second thought ( this whole thing happened around the 50s or the 60s if I remember) and the two are driving along. I don't remember if he had aconversation at length with the woman, but it was when he glanced down at her leg and saw the cow hoof. He stopped the car and pretty much threw himself out and ran. That's about all I remember of the story. Sorry, if I remembered more, I would give more details!

"Do you see it?" Was one of the best stories you have narrated yet! It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time and your voice just made it that damn good!!! I discovered your page 2 weeks ago and I have been binging you nonstop ever since! I love your content Mr. Darkness especially the woods, camping, and creature stories!!! You are the best!!! Keep them coming!

Same here I've actually been binge watchin for 3 months now nonstop 🙃 😅. He is incredibly talented. That story "Did you see it?" Had me on the edge of my seat also lol 😆. Then I started thinking why didn't she have a little more confidence and trust in her husband. Although it was probably a good thing she called the police but that could have turned out very bad because she handed him the Gun ugh "police don't do well when they pull up and someone has a gun" especially after what she told them on the phone 🤔. Things that make you go🤔hmm. Just wanted to say hey to a fellow Darkness binge watcher 😆 LOL. Have a good one.

Omg, i love scary stories in the woods! They r so creepy and they left me shaken cuz i always go camping every year. In fact, there is one campground that I used to stay at. And I would stay in the only cabin that had a forest line around it. The forest line by the cabin would always creep me out a bit cuz at night i couldn't see in it, so whenever it was night, I always got this weird feeling that someone was in the forest area watching me and my family like omg. There was also the time i was at a KOA Kampground, i believe in Lena, IL, and i was with my mom and cousin, and we found this weird path that had a sign that said it went to some weird parking lot, but we never explored it so I never found out if the sign was right.

The ghosts of ancient forests dwell here within. Filled with their stories of secrets, of sin. Darkness prevails 'cross this once sacred space. And here in the darkness, we come face to face. With horrors found only in this untouched place.

Quickly moving towards the storm, moving forward, torn Into pieces over reasons of what these storms are for I don't understand why everything I adore Takes a different form when I squint my eyes Have you ever done that? When you squint your eyes And your eyelashes make it look a little not right And then when just enough light comes from just the right side And you find you're not who you're supposed to be? This is not what you're supposed to see Please, remember me? I am supposed to be King of a kingdom, or swinging on a swing Something happened to my imagination The situation's becoming dire My tree house is on fire And for some reason I smell gas on my hands This is not what I had planned This is not what I had planned
