Fr people forget that he is the son of Mother Talzin, she was one of the most power force sensitive beings in the galaxy only comparable to Palpatine himself. It took the entire separatist fleet, General grievous and dooku to kill her, and she also was in a weakened state.

Disagree heavily on that personally. They did not do Maul dirty in the Phantom Menace. He only has like three lines but he was an absolute monster. First character ever shown to use a double bladed lightsaber. Had one of if not THE best duel in the entire franchise. Killed one of the most important characters in the movie before Kenobi got a lucky hit in. Not trying to insult your opinion of course (it's as valid as mine) just wanted to share my own

Even if we disregard their duel in TPM and Maul's death in rebels (where he was already past his prime), look at their fight on Florrum, Kenobi actually held his own 1v2 versus Maul AND Savage. As I said before, Maul doesnt win alone at this point in the timeline especially with the help of Anakin Dont get me started on Maul being "almost as strong as Palpatine", Sidious clearly toyed with both him and Savage during their fight on Mandalore. There was a reason Sidious wanted ANAKIN and not Maul to be his true apprentice.

where did you get this? Not saying it's not true but there's so many plans and theories that never panned out. If you go back to the very beginning, Palpatine was going to be the villain of the sequels. Maul didn't even exist yet, and the Emperor wasn't supposed to show up until episode 9. Then there's the Darth Jar Jar theory, I don't know if it has any merit but George Lucas definitely changed the role he would play in the prequels. Like it or not, the future and plans of Star Wars changes constantly, and that did not start with Disney. There's a group of fans that has never trusted the process, that's the part that doesn't work.

@Joey Flores I don't know how more specific he can be lol. He said anakin was the key in destroying the Force. That the emperor was grooming him to the dark side. That alone should have been trustworthy. If there even is a small doubt that someone is being seduced to the darkside, then you have to take measures into preventing it from completion. Ahsoka used her feelings instead of logic and her actions also got jedi killed. Funny how the one trying to prevent the downfall of the jedi was a sith

Darth Maul was a different breed of sith. He didnt hide behind deceptions and coddled words. He was direct. Honest. And held his own integrity and honour to a higher standard than that of the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, who sought power and control over all beings. Sidious wasnt just a Sith. His mastery of the Dark Side bordered on Sorcery.

You know, it’s interesting that she took this as an attack on Anakin’s character. Darth Maul says that Anakin has been groomed to be Sideous’s apprentice, not that Anakin IS or WILL be the dark lord’s apprentice. She would have been better off to take this as a warning that Anakin is in a kind of danger and needs her help.

Honestly I think if she was able to tell that he was being truthful, she would not turn on him like this. Sure, she may still try to stop him from killing anakin but there’s no way in hell she’d just ignore this warning, she’d find out who sidious is then warn anakin, obiwan and literally anyone else that she trusts.

Everybody seems to think Anakin is incorruptible and firm in the light. But his force signature is often described as a great storm unrelenting and chaotic in nature with little peace and balance to it. It only seems to be at peace in the presence of his best friends or Padme. Who knew unresolved trauma from being a slave as a child could make you unstable🤓

@@davidmays8974They had to do rebels on a lower budget than TCW Reason they didn't base off adult ashoka to the original TCW model is to make Rebels have a unique animation style than TCW. (Great example of this is Star Wars Resistance it was in 3D(but more comic like) and had its unique look just like what TCW and Rebels have) Essentially just saying again (Different Animation Style).

Ahsoka let her emotions cloud her judgment there. Maul spoke the pure truth, but Ahsoka just could not bring herself to believe that Anakin would turn to the dark side.

The Datk Side was so powerful at this point that if Maul even caught a glimpse of Kenobi his rage may have actually been enough to put up a fight against him and Anakin. THAT DUEL WOULD HAVE BEEN LEGENDARY
