Darksiders - Secret Ulthane Cutscene

A cutscene that plays when you visit Ulthane BEFORE you collect all seven Armageddon Blade pieces.
Btw, for some reason the video sometimes by itself gets all borked by showing the gameplay footage i edited out for the purposes of the cutscene and thus completely ruins the audio and video sync, so if that happens again, i apologize in advance.

Ulthane truly felt betrayed when he learned Abbadon was the source of the problem

He also felt guilty as he was present when Azreal used the blade to break the seals, which ultimately sent War down this pariless journey to begin with.

Dude, I’ve replayed this game like 3-5 times and I’ve NEVER Seen this Cutscene nor did I think to revisit Ulthane when I’m starting to collect the Blade fragments!! Thank you! ❤

You're welcome :) Literally same thing, that's why during another one of my playthroughs i went directly towards Ulthane as soon as i got the quest to see what happens, which ended up with this cutscene :D

I did NOT know this cutscene existed. Which made Ulthane's realization of who the Destroyer was all the more tragic. Especially since the Destroyer attacked where the humans were in Darksiders 3.

I find it interesting that not a lot of people who play this game don't get this clip at all. Than here's me getting it on my first time through.

it's weird I got this cutscene both times when I played through the first game and never thought anything of it, I didn't realize it was something special

Well the thing is, most people go directly for the fragments so they don't usually talk to ulthane beforehand.

I discovered it out of sheer curiosity, a simple what if i went to pay Ulthane a visit before i started collecting the shards.

I didn't know this was nor ever considered it a secret. I've played the game 6 times and saw that cutscene every time

You might as consider it as such since 95% people immediately go for shard hunt, instead of going to Ulthane beforehand to see this cutscene, like you and me for example :D
