I recently played through the most unfair deltarune mod I've ever seen. It got updated so now we're doing it again.

To the commentors: If you're wondering about the Giga Queen fight, my best guess is that it's no different because it's literally a different game.

I meant the core mechanics of the Giga Queen fight are much different compared to a normal enemy or boss fight, as you are put into a Knockout-esque situation instead of the normal Dodge-with-your-Soul bullet hell you'd expect.
