One of the biggest reasons I watch this channel, is the fact that its family oriented, strong belief in Jesus Christ, and how laid back it is. Your content is spot on, and I have learned so much from you all. I'm 61 years old, and find your channel learning, positive, up beat, and just genuine. Love To All.

Daniel...I read Grangers book "Like a River"...yes it was an amazing book but let me suggest that if you really want to know the story of Granger and his life over the last few years get his book on Audio....Granger reads it himself and adds some side notes that aren't in the book.....if there were anyone in the world that I would love to be personal friends with it would be Granger Smith....I beg you to please listen to it on Audio....I promise you and DJ will see it in a new perception...nobody can read his story the way he reads it. I love that he is such a great guy as are you and so is sweet DJ. I love watching all your channels as well as all the Smith channels. I love the fact that on every one of your channels y'all nor Grangers channels are afraid to share you love for Jesus Christ. What a blessing for you and Granger to be friends. Please keep up the great channels and let continue to share the Smith's and the Arm's channels to try and make this sad world more like Christ wants us to!❤️

Great read! I talked about his experience at church this morning. I got the book because I have a day care and had one of my babies pass in my arm at 4 months. He died of miocarditis. I too have been a Christian most of my life. But Baby Jerry's life threw me for a loop! I didn't doubt God. But I also didn't understand. Simply knowing I'm not alone in my lack of understanding is comfort! Thank you for your openness in sharing God! His love is unconditional. Even for the haters you have mentioned! There will be a day than ALL knees will bow. Again, thank you!

You stand. true to your religion That is something missing on a lot of these other channels from from to be Christians. And that's why your channel will always succeed. because we need more people who are always praising God to the. good times and bad Love your videos. Keep up the great work.

I am a born and bred Okie, I grew up in a house with a dad that spent his free time hunting (during hunting season), fishing (he was a part of the "Divers Dock" out of Midwest City) and he was an avid horseman (played polo with a group out of Norman). My husband, my sons AND my 2 daughters are hunters and have hunted numerous areas/pastures with feeders. We are farmers (my husband is 3rd generation and my kids are 4th on our farm) and we have many ponds that were dug out strictly for animal water's (no fish originally). We live off the Canadian River and when it rained the river would get out and we would have fish swimming down our dirt road so my husband and brother decided to use a old water trough we had and they put an airaider in the tank and took the 4-wheeler and started collecting fish...we stocked many a pond that way! Also, I am so sorry about the comments about Grainger...those people are probably childless so they can not even imagine the loss and by blaspheming the Lord our GOD, they are punching an express ticket to hell. I really enjoy oth of your channels and through yall I have found other KZfaq channels I ❤ to watch (and most of them are okies). So thank you for your GREAT content...keep up the good work!

I'm putting on my flame proof suit. I'm not Christian and this is not a statement to invite being converted for those who aren't regular AFH subscribers/viewers. I've been a longtime AFH Subscriber. This is your channel to express your beliefs and feelings and your life. It is your legacy for your family. It imparts knowledge for your family and for those of us watching. I for one thank you for that. I also am a subscriber of Granger Smith. I have also lost a child (and my husband almost 6 years ago to ALS) and know the deep grief he and his wife have gone through. Prayers are a blessing and helpful no matter who they come from and no matter what religion. Grief, loss, happiness, a sense of well being, and prayers unite people. Other things can too, however, it is my opinion that it is better to focus on the positive. It's how I get through each day. {*hugs*} to you and yours

Hey Daniel.... a suggestion for you. How about insulating at least the roof and the walls above where the windows would go. Hot day as it will help. Keep it cooler and on cold days will help keep the warmth inside. That way both comfort when you're deer hunting. That sounds pretty good to me. It will be interesting to see how deluxe you make the inside of that deer blind. My opinion go for whatever you want! I have a restroom for the kids if you want who knows what you'll need! Anyway, have fun with it. It's a very good idea!

I agree with you Daniel. Granger is NOT trying to make money off of River’s death. He is trying to bring some good out of a heartbreaking situation. He’s trying to help others that are lost for whatever reason. I enjoy the content that both you and DeJay put our. I appreciate the fact that you stand up for your beliefs and aren’t ashamed or afraid to share your faith with others. Many creators are simply fake. The will do anything for a video. Some goes as far as to “create” situations just to give them content. I’ve stopped watching a family that you consider a friend because they seem fake. I will leave it at that. My daddy and I had cattle for a number of years, because of situations out of our control, i later became disabled due to a car accident. Someone was texting and hit me from behind. They spun me almost all of the way around. I’ve had multiple back surgeries and a neck surgery since then. I miss ranching and all that goes with it. I appreciate you showing all of the work you do on your tractor and skid steer. Sorry for the long post. I thank and appreciate you, DeJay and your family. It’s refreshing to parents teaching their kids about our Lord and Savior, family values and the importance of spending quality time together. God Bless

You get to talk to god like you love. That is why I like watching your channel so much. I am a 68 year old woman and look forward to catching up on your channel. I use to listen almost everyday after my husband died on his 50th birthday. Just trying to catch up now. You have a great family you love and it is a beautiful site to watch and listen to you talk about.

People would never say half the things they say online to that person’s face. They hide behind their computer. There are always going to be haters, unfortunately the internet gives them a platform to spew their negativity!! I love your channel! I’m in PA. Defiantly different rules for hunting. I actually don’t hunt or fish, but I’m not against it. I understand why it needs to be done. Plus I enjoy eating it! 💕

Watching other people work is special for me. I see people working to fulfill what they want and what I feel God wants. I watch others work now days because I have cancer and can’t work. Watching you, your family, and friends reminds me of helping my Grandfather get in his crops twice a year and setting up baskets of vegetables for our family (Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother and Myself) and getting some crops in for my Grandparents. They were so thankful to us for traveling 800 miles to come see them and helping with the farm. God knows what we are all doing and have done. He is watching over us. He Is here to help those of us who believe in him. I will tell you more later about how God has blessed me and given me miracles. Those people who don’t believe will never understand. God bless you for caring about others and sharing your faith and belief in God.

Daniel I have been watching your channel for some time now and enjoy it tremendously but this video gave me a true insight to your heart ❤️! I couldn’t believe the three comments you shared with us. My mom taught me to pray for people like them. They need it for sure. I lost mine youngest son four years ago to suicide and it rattled my cage. I am in my late seventies dying of stage four pancreatic cancer and am now more in love with my God than ever. Your video was so comforting. Bless you for your faith and channel. Keep up the good work! You are the kind of person I enjoy knowing. Bless you and your family.

Daniel you and DeJay are awesome parents and such wonderful examples to your kids and many other people. I was raised LDS and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t see God’s work. I watch what you do and listen closely to what both of you say and do. You talk about the Golden Rule. We should all strive to follow it. My goal every day is to do something nice for someone in need and not expect anything In return. Granger’s little boy is safe wrapped in God’s arms. The amt of grief you feel equals the amt of love you feel for the one who passed away. Granger will see his son again when it’s his time to leave this earth. I love your channel and have learned so much. Take care. Don’t listen to the nay sayers. Love to all❤️

When I had that similar issue with dogs, I put a note to their collars advising the owners what was going on. The dogs that do not have a collar, put one on them. Unfortunately for the owner that put a reply for me to FO. He never saw his dags again. They went to two families that now have good pets that are micro chipped.

This past fathers Day I created a dedication to my father on a old rusty hand saw I had carried with me for 50 since my fathers death. I decide to have it laser cut with this " Nature created the mountains and streams, We created the way to heaven here on earth" Thank you Father" Now I really meant it to reflect that we are part of this creation and Heaven can a higher place or here on earth it is of our own making and how we live. I was raise in church and believing but I haven't been to that old country church in sometime, last was to attend a friends funeral. And by the way I am still on their membership rolls. I do believe , when I said thank father , I meant my own personal father but also our father on high. I have a great respect and reverence for both. I believe but in my own way. I am thankful for everything for many things life has brought me and even that that made me stronger.

I love how you take care of your equipment! A good example of how to keep it working properly for as long as possible. As far as the nasty, disgusting comments, I just don’t understand the mindset that thinks that is okay. The old adage of if you don’t have something nice to say then don’t say anything has been left out of some people’s upbringing. What a miserable life they must lead! God bless you for being real and sharing yourself with your followers. You are my kind of people. 👍🏻😊

I get into a meditative state on the tractor. Especially when I am grading the road. I enjoy watching tractor content as I learn a lot. Like changing implements on the tractor 🚜. Getting the angle right. I am not a church person but what ever helps someone get through this life, all the power too them. Its hard. Family can lift you up or tear you apart. We need all help sometimes. Church can be an inspiration.
