@@steveveron251 Exactly Steveveron .The thing with Eze is that he is our only player who can surge and carry the ball out of crowded midfield areas ; yes , of course he sometimes loses possession , but basically he is the one taking the 'risks' that can open up the opposing defence. Wilf also lost the ball sometimes - all creative players face that jeopardy but without these players we are a very functional, but ultimately sterile outfit. True , he did get swamped by City's midfield , but he's hardly alone in that and will hopefully learn from it. Super player imo.

But look at the match Crystal palace played with Fulham, Fulham dominated the whole second half and pressed them massively, just because there was no Eze to guide the team.
