I've watched you and Beef Stu throw this ball and it looks about as must-have as the Phaze 2. I guess it figures seeing as how they share the TX16 cover stock, just with the Journey being a pearl version.

The issue I had with the Fate is that it wanted to roll forward for me. I did not have a problem with the ball recovering from deeper angles. It just rolled more like an asymmetric which is what I was not looking for when I got that ball.

I've been having more overlap issues this year, both on house and also medium-sport, with Exotic, Summit, TNT, and Cosmos. The only one from that group earlier this year that clearly separates from the pack is Absolute. Frustrating!

Bought a Venom Black Friday and played with it for league. It's supposed to be more smooth than a Venom Shock but I guess with how I throw it does a sharp turn once it grabs where there's little or no oil. So I have to stand more to the left than I do with my Shock. Was expecting it to be the opposite. Maybe it's just because the ball is new? Needs time to soak up some oil.

I ve always liked storm balls, but I am not impressed with this ball, if you don't have a lot of oil on the lane this ball will hook early and hard. throwing it harder to get thru the right hand dry patch helps but accuracy suffers. under dry conditions mu HY-road is a much better ball

It’s so goofy how often people call Storm balls like they have proper names. It’s not “We’re taking a look at the new Journey by Storm,” it’s, “We’re taking a look at Journey by Storm.” They talk about it like a perfume fragrance.

That's because its the name of the ball it's the journey and it applies to all bowling not just storm🤦‍♂️
