Awesome effort man. I'm 60 and although I can do 60 non stop, you have taken things to a whole new level!

there has to be a catch... dude not only stays in pushup position for 30 minutes, but actually does real pushups non stop and isn't tired? i'm not even going into one hour, just 30min, and he is 60 years old...

Having a huge body isnt everything, when a a guy is really strong alot of the time it just means that his muscles are very dense. which is probably how he was able to do so many pushups because he is light and he is very strong. after a while of training your muscles will get very efficient and be able to extraordinary things

if u want improve ur muscles u should work with weight . i mean if u work just with ur body weight and repeat time being more this cant improve ur body . look him body . human think that if one man pushing up 1200 times this person cant be human. he should be animal . huge very huge body . but this wrong. if repeat more u cant improve muscle .
