If you've ever lived a life of success and power, you're familiar with the benefits of having a spiritual advisor on retainer. It's a rise and grind world, and only those who operate on the highest vibrational levels can keep up. Do you think Vader was any different? Do you think he was able to deflect his boss' negative vibes and choose the light once again without guidance? It was Master Garian the whole time.

I actually followed Vader through this session, and it's actually quite effective. I sat in a comfortable position, listened to the Master's words, followed the instructions on breathing and affirmations, felt Scarif's warm sun on my body. Dudes, this is ridiculously good.

It made me realize that I could really use someone I can just say "Do you see what I have to put up with?" AND THEY JUST AGREE. "YES, it is so unfair. Now just focus on your breath." I really felt that part in particular.

One of the perks of Darth Vader's voice sounding so robotic is that the artefacts that come from stretching the audio to make his breathing sound slow don't matter so much. Also, as an Ambient fan I am digging the background music.

Guided meditation is helpful. The trouble is making time. ...and staying awake for the first few sessions, because truthfully? After a certain point yoru body interprets *relax* as 'OK I can go comatose now.' This is nothing to be ashamed of it is just a byproduct of how sleep has been the only time youv'e been able to relax combined with lack of good quality sleep.
