I get mine tommorrow. I pre-ordered as soon as it was announced. When I saw it I was amazed. Aside from actual movie props, I don’t think there has ever been a better Darth Vader collectible than this in my opinion. The Kucharek brothers absolutely nailed it.

This statue is straight fire. There use of sorce lighting is amazing. That sculpted Cape is so much better than anything you can do with a mix media cape. I'm crazy impressed. The battle damage. Mind Blown.....

Kucharek Brothers are the biggest talent going.They do it all and don't play popularity games. Design ,sculpt art direction. it's insane.

This is a work of art. I never wanted a 1/5 piece… until now. Great review, as always, Gem. The only think that I miss on your videos is a comparison segment. For example: putting a 1/4 or 1/3 statue next to this one, so we can realize the size difference. Cheers!

I’ll be honest, the OG mythos Vader is very overrated, and the ridiculous price sellers are asking for it is insane. This is miles beyond, freaking amazing and I can’t wait to have it.

Agreed the side by side comparisons with the OG make the OG look insanely poor.

Yea i like the other one but this kinda steps on it to be honest. Its just a super gnarly angry iteration of Vader that hasnt been seen before. Only in the books does this Vader come to life and the artists created it! Exceptional

Vader looks incredible, the cape is amazing, the Kucharek Brothers are master sculptors since the Bowen Design days. Will be getting this one soon.

Dude this statue is nutty! Whattt. Im so used to seeing Vader in his normal stance and helmet. This gives him some flavor and freaking looks scary and bada$$. Wow what a piece

I also did get this one as it is an amazing piece, but OG is still king imo. I still have my OG it will never leave the collection. To this day I can't stop looking at it.

Yea i have both and they are both great. I showed both to my college buddies and girlfriend who all know star wars to an extent. Like they know Vader and Luke skywalker and when they saw this new mythos statue, id have to say that all theyre eyes opened up a bit when presented. It could of been from the size but its definitely an eye opener due to the stance and cape. The original speaks a totally different peom. Its more for a true star wars fan who knows what the "contemplation" really means

Used to have the OG Mythos Vader, but this one takes the cake. The details are super amazing and that cape just takes it to another level! Great review.

Was waiting for your review. Got mine a few days ago. The exclusive edition. The presence of this statue is amazing. Definitely the best Vader so far. This will be hard to top.

Sideshow has a nice little base game. It's not XM level playing, but when they come through with some nice focused details in a compact frame, it hits right. Obviously it also depends on the artists' design, but they don't always choose well.

Never gotten a premium statue before but this one is the first one I’ve really thought about. 650$ is a lot cheaper than most I’ve looked at and this looks so epic.

Oh man Sideshow really impressively took it to a whole other level with this concept of Darth Vader. With all that detail even to the portraits makes this one fantastic looking piece. Hard to resist. Very well done.

Premium Format have always kind of a mixed media line ever since the early days. i really like the story that the OG Mythos tells but the cape and the broken helmet really make this version!

Even if one of these two Darth Vaders manages to be better than the other, I still like them both. I don’t remember how the Emperor looks, but so far I really like everything in the Mythos line.

Great statue! I was really eyeing this one, but didn't end up getting it. The only thing I don't love about it is that the lightsaber has no light-up feature, but ultimately I just didnt want to burn the money on it and I'm in space saving mode already. It was great to see you unbox it, and I hope you'll keep in the personal collection so we'll be seeing it in the background of other videos.

Got this a few weeks ago and mannnnnn it’s easily the best Vader out there. It’s actually bigger than a few of my sideshow 1:4 scales. I do wish this mythos line was a true 1:4 scale though. Sideshow’s work over the last year has been lights out, especially for the money It does exacerbate the problem with displaying their mythos sidious though. They made the brain dead decision to give him that fabric cloak and it looks so off
