I own this kit myself and it is so awesome. I can’t say enough good things about it. Drum companies have not listened to people like myself who gig a lot. They keep releasing kits in smaller sizes, but ignore how important portability is. These short stack sizes were the answer for me. I can do the whole gig in one trip really easily. If my wife or a friend is with me it is even easier. Kudos, Daru! This is a sick setup.

Came across Daru when he was playing with Jack White. He had a unique (non traditional) drum setup then and i was like...you can do that? Been following his work since then.

Watched this guys clinic at Gearfest! Outstanding rhythm and pocket, met him afterwards as well and he’s a very humble guy. He also rocked out at the Friday night concert. Impressed with Daru Jones!

That is a great drum set, but Jones' set up is not ergonomic at all. But to each his own.
