People hate on Darwin for not finishing chances while ignoring how many chances he creates for others esp Salah who shanks them

He became one of my favorites after few games. Shithousing, running forward and back to defense, makes great passes and scores occasionally. Hes still learning but the sheer amount of passion and work rate is already a huge win in my books.

What I love about Nunez is that no matter how bad Liverpool are playing like or how bad he is playing like, he always finds a way to be threat to the opponent

There's so much to his game that positively impacts on how Liverpool play . If he and the other forwards can be more clinical Infront of goal then we'll be back in business in no time . his performance against us at Anfield last season show that he 100 % can be clinical, just needs to put it all together, he got the pace , the workrate and the ability to create chances already sorted . Nunez will be immense next season .

Nunez could have had like 7/8 assists this season if his teammates were clinical infront of goal. He really creates a lot of chances for Salah but Salah keeps missing

I still don't know what his role is in football. Now he scored, fouled, assisted, created chances, wins balls, defended. Agent chaos is just an understatement. Keep going and don't mind the haters.

The haters won't admit there just captivated by him. He's a dynamic excitement machine, the kind you get up out of your seat in anticipation for.

I always called him from the very beginning of his first appearance for Liverpool , THE BEAST. no one really knows how dangerous he will become in the upcoming seasons . His playing style definitely says it aloud

Imagine if you were 23, moving to a foreign country where you don't speak the language and expected to be as good at your new job as one of the best in the world. Oh and also your co-workers are either having their worst performances in years, or just unable to come to work (Diaz, Jota) Darwin clearly has the physical attributes of a top player, but he'll need time to develop the mental side. All the pressures of this season may be too much for him right now

Love how if Darwin Nunez joined Man Utd and had these stats, the same Liverpool fans who praise him and swear at haters would be relentlessly trolling him

No hate to Haaland, but if Darwin's consistently and works on finishing,he'll easily become one the most complete strikers of this gen.

He’s so quick with the ball. Will only get better. Hopefully he can rediscover the goal scoring form he had last season (and that he showed against us!)…

i believe nunez should always start every game. while he still needs to improve his finishing, he creates all sorts of problem for oppostion defenders with his speed and physicality, and his ability to find good positions. not to mention his shooting power and eye for an assist

What I love about him is how he just tried stuff. Absolutely fearless and willing to take a shot from anywhere

I occasionally poke fun at Darwin missing some easy chances but I do appreciate the vision he has while on the attack. He has some sparks of brilliance with his passes and positioning off the ball. He'll only get better as he gets older and develops his game more.

What makes Nunez special as a playmaker is he does not rely solely on technical ability but has extreme speed as well which allows him to create chances others can't

I’m a Benfica fan, so I know i’m very well When he came to my club, he did a similar first season to this first one in Liverpool. The preasure in Benfica is high and he didn’t score goals so started to lose confidence in front of goal, but he was making a lot of assists The next one he explode. He is not perfect, but he is a beast and has a lot of potencial. No matter how bad the team is playing he will be always a treat to the other team. He has that “big game” aura and is work rate is out of this world for a “striker”. Liverpool fans, just trust the process. The season has gone bad, but is not is fault alone. I hope next season you guys find glory again with him.

Guy is just fun to watch. People forget that less than a few years ago he was still playing in his home country of Uruguay, that's a big change for someone who isn't even 24 yet, not to mention he doesn't speak English. Give him another season, he'll develop just fine.

He's hated because he's at LFC, lets have it right. Antony cost about 40 million more, has 1 goal and 1 assist but...silence...

Only thing darwin actually does struggle with is the language gap and sometimes his 1st touch isn't that great but otherwise he's a top top forward. Hell if just a quater of the chances he made went in he'd have 6 or 7 nore assists this season.

Yeah I fondly remember the first couple months of his 1st season at Benfica where he and our other new foward Waldschmidt were playing as if they've known each other for years yet not even talking the same language. Just like now, Nunez also looked like a very poor finisher but he would press high and create many chances for Waldschmidt. He'll always miss some big chances but I believe next season he'll start showing what makes him so dangerous as a striker
