Dear Russia, there is this this white stuff that comes down every year, it's called, "Snow" it makes the roads slippery. When you see this white stuff, you should seriously consider driving slowly and with caution. Considering know one has obviously told you this, I thought I'd let you know.

Interesting that Russians say " Whoa " just like we do, but this business of turning left in front of oncoming traffic, that's strictly a Russian thing as a rule. And by the way, bleeping out the cusses in a language I don't understand is pointless. They could be saying howdy do or screw you, how would we know anyway?

I've said it before and I'll say it again... the light system is poorly designed, instead of placing them in the corners of the street, they need to design them to hang over the intersection, large vehicles trying to turn left can easily block a light system in the left corner, making it impossible to see by a smaller car to the right of the larger vehicle. Large vehicles should not be allowed to park at intersection corners, as they create blind spots. The payment needs a better defined layout created for lanes, turning vehicles should be allowed to turn first with a turn signal, something these light systems do not have. They could learn something from the USA. Next speed or excessive speed and snow or icy conditions equals accidents. They need to slow down. This jaywalking needs to stop, there needs to be pedestrian lighting with the traffic lights, something else they could learn.
