Abstract
GDPR, CCPA, PII, oh my! With all these new privacy laws, how does your data team stay up to date and more importantly keep in compliance? This talk will go over the basics of these privacy laws, the main themes that are covered throughout them all, and some rules of thumb to follow to keep in compliance.
Speaker Bio
Chris has been a database developer, DBA, and DRE for over 20 years working for companies in fields ranging from telecommunications, oil and gas, online payments, and cloud accounting. He currently works for Rubrik as a SQL Server Solutions Architect helping support the sales staff there. Chris lives in Littleton Colorado with his wife and 2 daughters.
